Very quiet location where you need transport. Accommodation was excellent for our requirements. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, finding a restaurant and directions on our first night. Breakfast was a lovely continental one, with everything home made that could be, eggs from the property, yoghurt, jams and juice.

Everything was as expected if not more. Definitely need transport to get anywhere, but there is garden furniture should you wish to sit outside. Garden is at front of property, but very quiet.

We were made very welcome at this lovely tranquil home in beautiful countryside. Our room was spacious with a large area leading to the ensuite facilities, shower and loo. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was available but we chose not to use it, preferring to open the window. Wifi was also available. The breakfast of fruit juice, fresh fruit, various pastries and home made yoghurt and preserves was delicious.

Whilst the nearest restaurants were a 10 minute drive away there was nowhere to eat (or shop) within walking distance. That said, it was well worth the drive to the Hotel De France in La Chartres Sur le loir for an evening meal.

Very welcoming hosts, clean & comfortable, peaceful location. Perfect after a long drive, well suited place to stop with comfort of knowing our bikes were secure racked on the car overnight. a little off our route, not too far to get to town for evening meal. Very prompt replies on communication. Would definitely stay again. Fair priced. Did the job perfectly for us. Thank you both

Fabulous stop off spot, up in the countryside. Beautiful house and hospitable couple to welcome you. Breakfast is brilliant with home made jams, juices, yoghurts alongside local breads. Just great.

The breakfast was delicious with mostly homemade produce which was very tasty.

Tha breakfast was superb and mostly home made. We were made most welcome and our Hosts could not have done more for us.

The local village was poor for hospitality and the local hotel could not squeeze us in for a meal. We ended up in a pizza restaurant which looked grotty but the food was ok.
