The accomodation is very spacious and and airy. This certainly helped keep the room cool with the outside temperatures in the mid to high thirties. It's located on a small farm. The bathroom was in a seperate room next door. It was all really nicely decorated and very clean. Anna met me to show me around and give the keys. She is very friendly and spoke excellent English. She spoke a few languages because she's Swiss. Always ready to have a chat. The breakfast was great and super value and she was very flexible for when you wanted it. Plenty of covered parking to keep the car cool. My electric bike could be securely stored there as well.

There was a little traffic noise with the windows open but hardly anything at night. There was a wardrobe for hanging clothes but no shelving or chest of drawers for items like t-shirts or underclothes.

Anna was incredibly helpful. The room was sumptuous, very big and well equipped with a kettle (wonderful), and good value in my opinion. Nice grounds, ample car parking, and a lovely library and fridge for communal use. Almost everything was top notch. I'd definitely stay here again, but in a different room (see below).

There was only one niggle. Unbeknown to me my bathroom wasn't ensuite so I had to go out into a public corridor. I wish I'd known in advance (I checked the listing after, and it makes no mention of this). I'm quite introvert and would have upgraded to a different room had I known.

It was clean, comfortable and the hostess was super sweet! We had friends in the area but I would have loved to take advantage of all the nice spaces inside and out. We were on the go the two nights we were there but had we been more on site it would have been lovely. the hostess was very welcoming and showed us around. I love the large room and it was very nice. the bath was very nice and had space to put things. I’d love to go back!!!

Loved Anna’s beautiful home! Anna is a very special kind hostess. One of our more memorable stays. Anna made it special.

We loved our stay here. It’s a beautiful peaceful place. A walk in the garden to visit the horses was very good for my soul.

Lovely host, delicious breakfast, very comfy bed.

Next time I will book a room with an ensuite, I had a bathroom just for me, but would prefer an ensuite and a room with a desk. The room and bathroom were lovely though.

Fantastic location and the staff was super helpful. Helped break up a drive from London to Bordeaux.

Not enough sinks. Somewhere to wash up would have been useful.

Lack of quest kitchen. There is limited places to eat in vicinity. No WiFi.

It was a beautiful and comfortable home, with an eclectic appeal, with art & sculptures.
