This property was totally fantastic! The property is spotless - we had a superb room - that had been furnished in the most tasteful manner . Everything was such excellent quality with a very very comfortable bed . We had lovely doors that opened out onto the garden . A little table and chairs were provided and nicely screened from next property with plants . We sat out twice with wine and a picnic in the evening . Our hostess has designed a super kitchen where you met with other guests in the morning . A very generous breakfast was provided that stopped us eating until the evening ! We sat with French and Danish guests this morning and did not want to leave . The swimming pool was spotless with very comfortable sun beds . I can’t say there was anything missing or not good at all . The only problem we now have is, can any other properties be as good as we travel through France . Sorry such a long essay !!

There can’t be one complaint . Beware only follow your hosts directions that she sends in the morning . Booking.com’s postcode took us a long way away and the co -ordinates were not correct for the house number - we should have listened to her !!

It was exceptionally hot during our stay, the air conditioning system was automatically controlled. Would have preferred it cooler.

The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. It was delivered each day at the time of our choice. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely view of the surrounding rural scenery. Or hosts, Katrine & Phillippe were so welcoming, friendly & very helpful!

So clean and modern, our host was so very kind . Made us homemade cake and even came out at 7am to deliver us a breakfast as we had to leave early . Great restaurant recommendation.

Very welcoming host who advised places to see and made restaurant bookings for us. Spacious accommodation with comfortable bed. Good breakfast including figs grown in the garden.

There are no facilities within walking distance.

We liked the spacious room and en suite shower room and the really well equipped communal kitchen. Celeste was very pleasant and helpful.

We didn't like the uncertainty of where to go and what to do on arrival. nor the astroturf and dead potted plants outside rooms and entrance.

The description is misleading - the kitchen facilities are communal not private, and this was not explained to us on arrival. There was no air conditioning. The quality was not what we expected from a "deluxe suite". When we arrived at the agreed time we had to search around the site and found a door to an ajoining property open. A shout finally alerted the owner. The 'garden' is a field with the pool in it. The claimed 'sound proofing' was completely ineffective. We heard every footstep from the room above - sufficiently (along with creaking floor) to wake us at 7am.

Unavoidable problems with plumbing during our visit. Was disappointed however not to have been contacted to follow up regarding the issues with the bathroom during our stay.

The inside space was great. we had the superior suite which was huge and well furnished, with a fridge which was very helpful in the hot weather. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and very nice. The grounds / garden are nice too. The pool was large and well maintained.

The property is situated literally next door to an industrial estate, and what sounds like a breakers yard, and can be be very noisy at times (it was going on our arrival, stopped at 5pm, and started again at 8.30am the next day). The pin on the location map is not accurately placed. Had I have known exactly where the property was situated, I would not have booked it. The proprietress was unacceptably rude when she told us not to use the bathroon towels by the pool. We made a genuine mistake, expressed our apologies, but she pointed her finger aggressively and raised her voice. Breakfast was served at 7am, left on a tray outside, so had to be eaten promptly. Breakfast was inadequate: the croissants were ok, but the fact that the yoghurt was 9 days past its use by date put us off eating it and the other perishable products (such as the cold meat and what I think was butter) on the tray. Coffee was presented in a thermos flask. Proprietress was unavailable to provide more or fresher coffee. 2 dogs pestering us (one of which defacated close to where we ate breakfast). I regret having to post such a negative review, but I would not wish for fellow travellers to be as disappointed as we were. We would not consider staying here again.
