No washcloths, no .microwave I ordered roasted duck breast and got grilled beef tips with fries

We arrived earlier than check in and our rooms were ready. The weather was delightful and there are several locations to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views. Dinner at the hotel was very good offered several price fix choices, as well as al la carte choices. A definite calming last night’s stay in France before heading to the airport in the morning.

Management was exceptional. Went over and above to ensure comfort and understood visitor needs. They work hard and it shows.

The city is somewhat ill-prepared for visitors who only wish to get from one point to another. No taxis we're available and the hotel is away from the town.

Comfortable clean room with good facilities. Nice pool and sauna.

Evening meal was poor quality. Restaurant understaffed in the evening - only one member of serving staff.

Nice hotel with good amenities and a comfortable size bedroom. The possibility to dine outside is definitely a plus with the nice view. Choice in the restaurant is fine and the daily special is good value for money. View from the hotel is nice. Be mindful you wil need a car to get around, since it is a bit outside of the populated areas. This was exactly what we were looking for but be aware of it. Plenty space to park your car free at the hotel.

Dining room a bit dated in terms of interior. When entering the room, it was supposedly cleaned, we found however quite a bit of dust and breadcrums. For us not the biggest issue, but our baby still explores mostly the floor. Having said that, when I notified staff they sent someone to take care of it and we got a glass of champagne to make it up. Definitely good points there for the staff.

It was clean, comfy beds, very polite and friendly staff, perfect for one night stay! The hotel also accept pets, that was a plus.

The food in a restaurant was really average.

Room with a balcony overlooking the valley was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable

A fridge in the room would have been a bonus. It was also a long way out of the town

Did not eat breakfast. This was only because I left early each day.

The WC is quite small. It is actually quite difficult to close the door once inside.

Needed to pay for the swimming pool. This wasn’t mentioned when booked. So we didn’t use it.

Steam room and spa was a lovely treat as weather wasn’t great out so walking options limited
