Spa facilities and the comfy beds were great, staff friendly at reception. Great view of the city from our room. Lovely style of furniture in bar/restaurant, free parking spaces.

We thought the breakfast was undercooked, old fruit priduce, it all looked tired like 2 days old!! Restaurant breakfast waiter did not welcome us but walked straight past us, we had to work things out for ourselves as no guidance which is not 4* level of service! Cutlery dirty and fruit flies over bowl of old fruit. For 4 people our room only had 2 glasses, 2 cups/saucers it would be better to cater for 4 rather than 2! As per the booking.

The staff is really friendly and we received a warm welcome. We enjoyed all of the facilities and the culture.

It would have been nice if we were able to order room service, even if it was just for coffee and croissants... it is not a complaint, only a suggestion, because the link on which we made restaurant reservations did not work and we only found out when it was too late. We would have preferred if we did not have to drive back to town for dinner.

No washcloths, no .microwave I ordered roasted duck breast and got grilled beef tips with fries

We arrived earlier than check in and our rooms were ready. The weather was delightful and there are several locations to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views. Dinner at the hotel was very good offered several price fix choices, as well as al la carte choices. A definite calming last night’s stay in France before heading to the airport in the morning.

Management was exceptional. Went over and above to ensure comfort and understood visitor needs. They work hard and it shows.

The city is somewhat ill-prepared for visitors who only wish to get from one point to another. No taxis we're available and the hotel is away from the town.

Evening meal was poor quality. Restaurant understaffed in the evening - only one member of serving staff.

It was clean, comfy beds, very polite and friendly staff, perfect for one night stay! The hotel also accept pets, that was a plus.

The food in a restaurant was really average.

Room with a balcony overlooking the valley was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable

A fridge in the room would have been a bonus. It was also a long way out of the town

The WC is quite small. It is actually quite difficult to close the door once inside.
