The staff were all friendly and accommodating to my family and I, from the front desk to the staff throughout the hotel. We have two active children and the hotel was a great and affordable spot to stay at, because we were visiting the various historical monuments in the area.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. The hotel does not serve dinner, and there are several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We bought a grocery store dinner and the staff were fine with our picnic out on the terrace behind the hotel, thank you!

The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful and spoke English very well. Cost of bar tap was very doable. Area is very green and breaths history. The town is full with little gems and friendly people.

The beds had a plastic sheet onder the top sheet so when sweating a bit it feels like you were bathing in you own pool. Also the toilet did not flush properly.

We had a fabulous time in this gorgeous part of the Champagne region. This Ibis hotel is excellent value with fantastic, friendly staff. Breakfast is wonderful with lovely outdoor option. Location offers other dining facilities or fast food nearby and is only couple of minutes drive from the beautiful town with a lovely river walk adjacent. Highly recommended!

No complaints at all considering budget hotel..

We were welcomed by a very friendly sir at the front desk who helped us out great with some accomodations, getting to restaurants and arranging a champagne tour over at Pannier. We felt very welcome and appreciated as guests!

The second room we had was a bit more noisy than the first, but the room was bigger so this was an nice trade-off, although maybe the airco needs some service ;-)

A well located and very pleasant property. We had fields behind us and the river close by. The room was quiet, if quite small, but the tea and coffee making facility was a welcome addition. We arrived quite late so were pleased that Reception here seemed to be open for long hours. The staff were very pleasant too. We did not take the breakfast ‘option’ but the breakfast ‘lounge’ looked very pleasant. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and thought the price of the room very competitive; thank you.

The room did seem very small and some quite dark ‘decoration styles’ did not help to make it seem larger! It was comfortable enough, though, for a 1 night stay, and the room rate was competitive.

The setting just by the river with direct access was perfect for us- with a dog.

Theres no restaurant but there is 1 just nextdoor which was fine for us. Not fancy but food was pretty nice.

Location with parking and on site facilities with a bar and snacks. Reception staff were top quality and extremely helpful

What a great welcome. Smiley, friendly and helpful. We had a moment when we nearly given the wrong, already occupied, room, but the receptionist was excellent and sorted everything out. We were were given 2 adjoining doors with a connecting door which was perfect. Because of the earlier room issue our rooms now overlooked the car park, nearby restaurant and industrial site, instead of the garden, so there was quite a bit of noise and a lorry delivery at 06.30 with the engine running didn't help. But we always sleep with our windows open otherwise the double glazing would be very effective and there is ac in the rooms. We thought it was a great hotel and suited us perfectly on our long drive back to the UK. Calais is an easy 3 hour drive away. We liked the real fire in reception and books for our Grand daughter and the Halloween decorations added a send of fun and the personal touch. A perfect overnight stop in every way. The rooms are, as you would expect from an IBIS, compact but spotlessly clean. There is not a restaurant on site but there is a good place to eat just a moment's walk away within the same site. We also enjoyed sitting in the hotel garden in the late autumn sunshine. Really good breakfast. Easy parking. Great staff. All good and would stay here again.

The staff was especially friendly and kind. Our room overlooked a small lake in the back and was very close to a long path along the Marne.
