The room was very nice. We had traveled for 23 hours straight and were really craving a bath. As the bath-rubber wasn't closing, they updated us to a better room, which was amazing, as we were celebrating my partners birthday. The neighborhood is not so interesting, but it was very easy to get from here to the inner city of Paris. It was absolutely amazing, that we could park the car under the hotel, which made everything so easy. The beds were really comfi.

The hotel doesn't offer much other, than nice rooms. The breakfast was heavily overpriced for what it was. There were a coffee machine and a water cooker, but we had to drag them into the bathroom or on the floor to find a socket to actually use them. A bit funny...

Room was ok, clean and big

I didn't like the staff from the reception. When I arrived there were two girls at the reception that were continuously pushing each other to do things giving me the impression that I gave them work to do and they don't want to do it. They asked me to pay an extra charge of 50EUR, as a guaranty, even if I payed for the room in advance, when I made the reservation on Booking.doc. They said that after I will check out they will return my money back, but they didn't, even if I asked them specifically to do it when I checked out.

Chose this hotel because it had a private carpark. It costs 15 euro per day. Initially a little confusing re location.of carpark....turn left immediately before hotel,then right and right again... carpark is underground...speak into intercom and say you have hotel reservation and door will be opened. Hotel was in quiet ,reasonably residential area..felt safe. Staff were very pleasant Large comfortable bed. Room tidied and fresh towels supplied every day, always plenty of hot water Kettle, fridge and microwave in room...we hadn't realised when we booked that for extra 10 euro per day could have additional cooking facilities unlocked and available to use ( we didn't bother)..might be of interest to some folk There is a Carrefour supermarket beside the hotel..ideal for milk bread salad etc. I noticed that there is a selection of microwave meals in the chiller cabinet... maybe not your idea of an evening in Paris but if you're tired and can't be bothered going out again..... Hotel is about 4/5 mins walk from train station..we didn't bother with metro...just got train to St Lazare and onto metro from there...we used the Paris visit pass but t plus tickets would probably have done the same job The hotel didn't feel far out re heading into the cente of Paris but it's not ideal if you want to explore then go back for a rest and head out again...bit of a trek and not much going on in this area in the evening The room was adequate for the two of us...we didn't mind that there was no sink in the toilet and no English TV channels ( as some others have mentioned)..we didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

A wee bit far out if you want to pop in and out of the main tourist areas The shower base was slippery..could do with a non slip mat

The staff were welcoming and the stay was nice. The train stations were within walking distance to travel into Paris and link with metro

There was no information provided written or given verbally on the amenities in the area by the staff or via hotel pamphlets. The hotel staff barely spoke English and it proved problematic to communicate any issues had with the room. A problem we had was reported and noted but not resolved as I feel it was due to the language barrier it was not understood.

The staff when we checked in (two ladies) were extremely friendly and they were so helpful to change my room as initially we had a room with carpet, and I have some allergy issues, they swiftly switched us to a different room with floor boards and did so without too much hassle.

Loved everything, would only change two things, standing showers instead of a bath and water bottles instead of the carton of water offered (1 per room) as it had this metal taste.

Very clean and modern room. A bit small but when in Paris you do not stay much in the room so it is fine! Convenient location close to the train station. From there in 10 minutes you are in the city center of Paris.

A bit pricey to be outside Paris, but compared to Paris prices still worth it.

perfect location, as we were travelling by car this hotel offered us safe enclosed car parking whilst we visited Paris using the train, station only a few minutes walk away and journey into Paris approx 10 minutes, also Bois Colombes is a lovely town offering nice restaurants.

Rooms were well decorated and furnished. We only stayed two nights but the room was cleaned and new towels put out after the first night which you don’t often get at this price of hotel.

If wanting to visit the centre of Paris it is outside of the metro zone so a train is needed for a couple stops.

Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Access to a drinking water fountain in foyer to refill bottles - better than buying bottled water!

Friendly staff , very nice reception with big cosy space for meeting, drinks or working. Appreciate all the nice books and playing games available!
