Breakfast was somewhat disappointing given the hotels rating and cost. Staff in the restaurant were a little hit and miss. Some couldn’t do enough for you, a small number less so. Small element of hot food for breakfast was like warm at best for 2 days

Breakfast and minority of staff in the dining room. What I didn’t like was the number of emails prior to the visit asking to book into their fine dining restaurant and the number of treatments on offer. At booking in, it was presumed I was booked into the fine dining restaurant. A little over kill on my view on the above

The surroundings, the grasses, great pool area and walks for the dogs. Liked the bikes and kids had an amazing time on their bikes and hanging out with the horses in the barn and the other kids staying. Great food, great breakfasts! Rooms were good size and comfortable. They were dog friendly and accommodating.

Not really a complaint, but a recommendation - That you had to pay 42 euros to have a swim in the spa pool. Although I was there with young children, I found the outdoor pool very busy and noisy at times with all the little ones. An adult only option in the spa would be a huge plus without having to pay.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful place! I loved riding the bikes around the countryside, exploring the forest, and if house living my childhood dreams and staying in a chateau for a week. Loved everything about our stay.

Service at the restaurant, the team were busy preparing the restaurant for breakfast whilst we were having our evening meal and no one offered us a dessert or checked if ok. Need to watch.

Beautiful rooms. Gorgeous nature and forests. Fantastic spa

Poor signage made it difficult to find the entrance. We waited 2 hours in the lobby for our room to be ready even though we had shared our arrival time beforehand. Somewhat overpriced

Very good hotel, nice stuff, stylish rooms and area around. Perfect location - very close to many castles of the valley. You can take a bike ride or run to Cheverny castle.

The restaurant with general food is not quite good, no comfort food, very small menu, no room service and no breakfast in the restaurant - only basket in the room, but it is not convenient enough

It’s a beautiful property with very nice feel. Rooms are comfortable, location good (if you have a car)

The service feels impersonal. With just 2 properties worldwide it already feels like a big chain. This is not a compliment. The bistro restaurant is a bit chaotic and way too busy and loud for this particular hotel level.

The bed felt a bit old —- like there were two slouchy holes in the mattress. I think that for the price, they can include the breakfast.

Stunning grounds, gorgeous architecture and interiors, superb staff delivering top-notch service, excellent restaurant. relaxing vibe. This is a hotel unlike any other in France.

We have no complaints whatsoever. It was our favorite place to stay in France.
