The staff was friendly and also very understanding when we had to check in a day late (our train was delayed due to protests). The amenities in the room were awesome — a hot water heater for tea, a microwave, a stove, plates, silverware, a mini fridge. We stayed at six different hotels in France and this one was my favorite. It’s also in a great location, just about a 6-minute walk from the train station.

The pillow options were a nightmare and a real Goldilocks situation. There were two sizes: one too small so my head wouldn’t fit on it properly and one way too large so my neck hurt every morning. Not sure why they couldn’t provide a normal-sized pillow. Also, there was a giant water heater (?) built into the wall right over the toilet that I smacked my head on while tired and not paying attention. Those are minor gripes though considering everything else.

The hotel was conveniently situated in a quiet part of Blois just a few minutes walk from the Chateau and the Old centre. The room was clean and the small kitchenette was more than suitable for our needs, with a large fridge and coffee machine. The staff were smiling and helpful and we found free parking in the street behind the hotel. There was other on street parking available in neighboring streets but you would have had to look for it.

Could have done with more plug sockets. I had to unplug my bedside light to charge my phone! That's all. Hey, 1st world problems!

It's a good place if you'd like to stay overnight or so. The kitchen is equipped. Good location in a quiet street. Everything in the city is in walking distance from the place. Friendly and helpful staff. It's definitely a good price/value ratio.

The cleanliness could have been better. There were stains on the door and dust in the corners. The bed, shower and kitchen corner were clean. But I'm also very picky about the cleanliness. My partner, for example, said that the apartment is perfectly clean.

Excellent location in a quiet street just minutes walk from the castle. The room was clean, bright and airy, and the bed was comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was quite low, so it took me longer to shower than I wanted (I understood that the pressure was reduced to save water, but I actually think this uses more water because it takes longer to wash off the soap). Also, the breakfast was lovely but I would have liked some more healthy options to choose from.

great location. We thouhgt we would hav eto pay for parking, but it turned ou there was street parking on the back side of the hotel,fro free, and there were usually available spaces

They charge me 1.50 euroes for a cup of coffee On this trip I stayed in another Apart hotel, which provided 24-hour self serve coffe in the lobby at no extra cost.

Very convenient hotel close to the train station and central Blois. Much cheaper than all the other places in Blois. Had a small kitchen and utensils which was great for saving money on food. Very quiet at night.

Large but fairly basic room with no frills. We thought it might have been a former student Halls of Residence.

The location was well situated and walkable to the town centre which was great also the castle is super close as well as the main river which was lovely to spend time around

The only annoying this was parking as we couldn't always get a space out the front and had to park round the corner on occassion and it would be nice not to have to do that when you have luggage

The location was quiet and very handy for the station. Room was clean and the kitchen facilities were basic but ok. Only a short walk to the historic centre of Blois.

It would be helpful if there was info on restaurants and food shops shown on the map provided at reception. Secure bike parking at ground floor level would be appreciated on another visit as it was quite a struggle getting them up two floors!

It's my second time to this hotel, excellent experience with check-in, helpful and good service, very clean room, good location next to the train station for easy access to the Loire's castles.

The 3rd bed was a click clack bed , it was confortable but it would be even better if it was a normal bed.

Clean apartament close to the centre of the town.

The offer a parking place for 12 Euros a day, but of you are away visiting, at night, from 18:30 until 9 AM, the parking is free anywhere in the city. So, it's not really worth paying the parking.
