The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. Traveling with our 1 year old daughter comes with a few challenges so being welcomed by the two warm and forthcoming owners really made our travels a lot easier.

This place is good value for money. Yes there could be better pillows and the rooms are on the smaller side but everything is cozy and how it should be.

A lovely hotel of character, off the main roads which was very clean and comfortable and quiet (until we got there). The hosts were very tolerant of our travel worn over excitable children. The family room was absolutely perfect, spacious, comfortable and clean with a fridge and microwave and eating area, so would be good for families with babies. Family rooms were set around the central decked courtyard.

The room was on the ground floor (a pro for some?!) but we felt we couldn’t leave the windows open for security. We stayed a Saturday night and though the hotel itself was quiet there was some audible thumping music from the village. It was really close to the St Laurent nuclear plant but there was no smell or noise and we couldn’t see the chimneys from in the courtyard.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that the parking lot was all over the dirt field. But, since all the tourist spots the next day were like that, you wouldn't have to call it a downside. However, it rained a lot, so it was a bit difficult for me in a wheelchair. Upon entering the hotel, I was taken aback to find that the staff spoke only French. However, the receptionist had a great alternative. Google Translator! I had the most, and most enjoyable, conversations with the hotel staff on this trip! very nice!

Handicapped rooms are located behind the restaurant. Feeling out of privacy

There were plenty of parking spaces, each one of which was numbered. The hotel is signposted from both directions. It's not a very long drive to a good supermarket. The man in reception was very nice and used an app to talk with use. There was plenty of storage space.

Our room was more than 20 steps from the ground floor. The shower was in the bath, which had steep sides.

Great location, quiet, along the camino St Jacques. Comfortable room. Very clean. Good bathroom. Although no restaurant, could have reheated food served for dinner, so no need to leave location. Adequate breakfast. Friendly, helpful and interested management.

Nothing really. My room opened directly to the eating/breakfast room. No problem since not too busy. A little costly for my typical overnight budget whilst hiking.

Beautiful quaint country hotel, clean and comfortable room. Woke up to the sounds of birds in the trees and blue skies with sunlight coming through the window. We were just stopping overnight during a road trip so can't comment on much more but it was easy to find, peaceful, comfortable and check in check out was smooth. Lovely place and perfectly located for our visit to Château Chambord the next morning!

A kettle to make tea or coffee in the morning in the room would be great.

Front desk was helpful, room was easily accessible as I had requested, was quiet and well lit. I usually don’t get the breakfast, because I have been disappointed in other hotels. But I paid for it this time and it was worth the money! They also had a variety of local products you could buy, which I liked.

I would have liked to have a box of tissues in the room, and either a bar of soap or a bottle of liquid hand soap at the lavatory sink.

In a quiet spot, reasonably sized apartment for 5 people and car charger as promised. A friendly lady came out and showed us where to park when she saw our car driving up and down the car park.

Be careful that the owner will want to close reception and go to bed at 9pm. He called us and made an alternative arrangement that worked well but better to plan an earlier arrival.

Everything! The gentleman at the reception, nice spread of pates, wines and beers - all refrigerated and with a minimal markup on the supermarkets - plentiful parking, and the seemingly brand- new room. Couldn't be better.

Very friendly owner and great service. We enjoyed our stay in the appartement, which was very suitable for a family with 3 kids.
