Front desk manager had great English, was very helpful, found us an extra pillow and even ordered a pick-up dinner from Osaka (tasty!) for us since we didn’t think our French skills would be good enough. The beds were comfy, linen crisp, and there was blissful air conditioning which worked exceptionally well. They were also very accommodating of our dog. And the room was exceptionally quiet.

WiFi was pretty meh and there were some challenges with the parking gate code so a fair amount of back and forth to get that sorted (and since it was in the middle of a heatwave and at the hottest part of the day, it was a bit uncomfortable)

Very nice, modern hotel. Really enjoyed the latte that they made for me at the lobby bar. Kids really enjoyed the video games that they had in the front lobby. We had a family room that fit four of us. We did not spend much time in the room but it was comfortable and served our purposes. I believe the parking was full so we parked in the adjacent parking lot, which is a paid public lot in the morning. We did not pay for parking at night and then paid a little bit to leave our car in the lot for an hour or two. This was the most current/modern hotel we stayed at during our trip to France. The lobby also had nice table to do work at, that included power outlets so I set up my computer there in the morning to have a latte and do work while the family slept. Overall, a nice family hotel and would recommend. Everyone we encountered from the staff was very nice and friendly, which was appreciated.

The facilities are great. Beds comfortable. Family room isn’t huge but is fine for one night. Breakfast buffet lots of choice. Very family friendly. Location. Helpful and friendly staff. Check in/out times.

Pool is open 10-8. Would’ve been better 9-9 for example. Paying for hotel parking. In the family room the air conditioning unit is above one of the single beds, so anyone sleeping in it feels blasts of air and hears noise from the unit throughout the night.

Good hotel in a really nice city. There are really nice amenitiies. The pool is really nice (and hot).

The breakfast was from 8 to 10 (let’s say, I do not remember by heart). We went down around 9:15 am and there are a lot of things missing (basics lik e sausages, crepes, ham…). I did ask for more, since it was taking them a lot of time to bring more and, for my surprise, they told me that was it!!! like 40 minutes before the bfast claoing time. I did complain but that was it. At the reception they offered me a 50% discount on the bfast. Good, but not enough. I told them that was not acceptable at all, not to beong more food for bfast…

wrong sign displayed in lift and reception staff telling us incorrect times, causing confusion around breakfast end times. We came down at 9.45 thinking we had until 10.30 but it had finished at 9.30. We had pre-booked and paid for breakfast so would have appreciated a phone call to our room to clarify why we hadn't come down. Otherwise everything was good - kids loved the pool and staff were nice.

Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Free city bus shuttle the N11 to city center at bus stop near hotel. Outdoor parking at the hotel. Great location for visiting the many chateaux in the area. Several restaurants within fifty meters of the hotel.

- Good sized rooms. - Comfy bed. - Very easy to find when driving into Blois. - Short walk to town. - Knew what we were getting from a Novotel.

- The corridors are a bit dark, but ultimately, this didn’t really impact our stay.

Easy parking at rear, friendly, helpful staff, well located for local amenities (great bakery close by!). Very clean, large comfy beds, fabulous toiletries. Did not disappoint! Room service menu was limited but actually delicious!!

Not in the oldest part of town but everything else was superb!

The location was perfect. Parking was secure. Room was quiet. Staff was nice and mailed my postcards.

The thermostat was tricky to set and maintain comfortable room temperature. Room was cold when we arrived.

Comfortable, modern spacious room and bathroom. Good choice for breakfast. Useful to be able to park in the hotel car park (for extra charge). Could walk to all city centre places of interest and restaurants (10 - 15 minutes).
