This is a quirky family run hotel with bags of character. Lovely staff with a super sense of humour and high standards throughout. It's not great luxury, but it's not anonymous - and that's what we wanted. The breakfasts are great - very good for a French establishment with fruit, fruit salad, cheese, ham and eggs to boil all in addition to coffee, croissants, bread jam and juice. We loved the hotel and its staff who provided great info about eating out (it has a partner restaurant but none of its own) and tourism practicalities. It's brilliant located, 5 mins easy walk from the station and set back from the road so very quiet. It's 150 yards from the castle at Blois so great for tourism in this delightful town. Totally satisfied with our choice. Also the sanitation was modern and very well maintained with new shower, washbasins and toilet and plentiful hot water.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to the city center and Chateau Blois. Nice staff and great breakfast! Located in a free parking square with additional paid parking on the avenue across the square. Spacious and comfortable room with a view!

Close to Train Station-2mins walk and easy to find. Friendly Reception lady, helpful. Sunny bright room, with fresh tiled bathroom, small but all there! Stored my bike-they are on the Loire Velo Route!

I didn't have breakfast, but lots people were. Would have liked a jug to make hot drinks.

Great location, quiet but just 5 min to château, city center. Everything is clean and exterior is nice. The facility is basic but given affordable price, no complaint.

Lost electricity late at night (probably circuit breaker issue) and destroyed my mobile phone charger. Won't ask for a lot of amenities but wanted to have at least proper shampoo and conditioner (there was only body - hair soap).

The hotel had an old fashioned flavor even though the rooms seemed recently remodeled. It was nicely located relative to Blois castle. Our room was smallish but withs lots of hangars in the closet. Breakfast was nice with timers for soft boiling eggs.

This hotel catered to bike tourists, however the secure bike storage was actually outside (which was fine unless you care about your bike getting rained on.)

The location is great, being close to the station and also near tourist sites such as the Chateau and historic parts of the town. My room was comfortable and quiet, so I had a restful night's sleep. I enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast which was served downstairs.

Breakfast was pretty poor. Also not enough space for the capacity of the rooms, so we had to wait before we could get in. The choice of the breakfast was also limited.

The room, while not very spacious, was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast, both in terms of the food quality and the setting where it was served, was truly enjoyable.

Staff were helpful in recommending nearby restaurants .

Room was a tad smaller , for the money , than others we'd booked for our self-guided bike tour thru the area .
