As overseas visitors travelling by bike the staff were friendly and accommodating including providing secure storage for 6 bikes. This is, as described, a budget hotel so is located well away from town centre but the facilities were more than adequate, smart and clean and good value for money. There is no restaurant but the self-service buffet breakfast was excellent. The room I occupied was a 3 bed - double with bunk single above and the en-suite shower was very welcome after a 100km bike ride in 30 degrees.

Secure car parking. The breakfast selection. The staff were polite and courteous, especially remembering we had requested at the time of booking oat milk at breakfast. It's very good as a 1 night stopover hotel as it's just off the main roads, but set back enough that you don't hear any traffic noise. Although there's not a restaurant for evening dinner, there's an American diner right next door. Not admittedly French cuisine, but wholesome food all the same.

Would have liked to have seen a water dispenser in the reception area to top up bottles for our onward journey.

Good price for a decent hotel. Although there was no evening restaurant at the hotel, the Italian restaurant / grill 2 minute walk along the road was good. The staff were supper friendly, and really helpful with bike storage. Rooms weren't huge but for the price they were good.

Didn't bother us but it is a couple of miles from the centre of Coutances so, depending on mobility / transport options, might not be suitable for everyone - great location for breaking up a longer journey.

The staff who were always smiling Self service breakfast was fair and in a bright clean setting. Despite being full there was no noise. The bed was most comfortable. Local cafe La Pergola was excellent and not expensive Parking was very good

The hotel is rather Spartan. It would be adequate for a single night, but we were there for 3 nights. There was no real seat in the bedroom and little space for toiletries.

Great location for an overnight stopover. Good value budget hotel. Clean functional room. Comfortable bed. Capsule style shower. Decent breakfast. American style restaurant next door - dog friendly.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The reception staff on arrival and departure were very professional. The room was very clean and well presented, as we were staying for 3 nights we were asked if we wanted the room 'tiding' but declined the offer, we did however get clean towels when needed. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was a pleasant walk into Coutances.

Although some might think the toilet and shower cubicle are small, they were fine for a rather large person like myself. And everything was spit spot clean. The service from the ladies was absolutely excellent and very helpful. Very early check in and late check out, 👍🏻 . Good enough location, good budget price. Budget, yes, but an extra star from me and my dog.

Bright, clean and everything you need. Amazingly comfortable double bed and a great nights sleep but my son in the bunk found his mattress too hard.

Bright and clean. For a long journey, it was the perfect nights stop to split the journey up and get a comfortable nights sleep and breakfast.

The place is brand new, spotless and modern. As good or better than some of the regular Ibis hotels. Very reasonably priced and staff seemed lovely. Would have been happy to stay longer if I was staying in the area.
