What a wonderful find, at an excellent price! The room was spacious and very clean. Although there was no air conditioning there was a fan in the room. The hotel is across the street from a nice lake and next door to a thermal spa (which I think is the main reason people go to the hotel.) The staff was very professional, and someone was always at the front desk. The hotel also has a bar, restaurant (nice dinner offered) and a large gift shop. I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Air conditioning is always nice to have but fortunately it wasn’t warm so it was fine.

Its not the latest style of Hotel, but its kept well up and there are many facilities around. Parking was easy and close to the Hotel. For our transit stay it was a great stop over. The area is quite and the hotel is close to a lake. A thermal pools & SPA is right opposite the hotel and making it almost part of the hotel.

Our room was facing the lake with a beautiful, but also having a road passing in front of the hotel which added noise to the room. This disturbs in the morning if you intend to sleep longer.

The hotel has a very good restaurant which is very good value for money. The hotel also has a spa. The room looked a bit outdated, but it was very spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet location at a lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I only stayed for one night, but I would always return.

Although the room had bottled water, it would be nice, if the room would provide a kettle with tea and coffee as well.

Very beautifull surroundings. Nice walking around the little lake. I'm sure in the summertime it's very nice place to stay even longer period. Hotel staff speaking english and they were very frendly. Nice lake wiew restaurant.

In restaurant menys only in france and waitres speaking just frens, not so much to chooce but food was good.

Great service from the moment I get in. The receptionist (forgot the name-sorry) was amazingly helpful and polite and quickly sorted my reservation. 10 out of 10 . Restaurant staff, the „older” lady who get my dinner sort out as I get to restaurant just before closing - she is a true star . Get my food and drinks within seconds. If I’ll ever go that way I definitely will be back.

Beautiful with so many conveniences. Saved us when our car broke and we felt safe and looked after. Lovely will be back under better circumstances!

At breakfast an older bald staff member was very rude to an elderly woman guest and I think you should respect your elders. She did nothing wrong was just confused.

A spacious well-appointed hotel with friendly staff, good facilities, and great spaces for sitting. The hotel is located next to a lovely lake with nice paths and exercise stations around.

The only problem with the hôtel was related to the seasonal fairground set up below by the lake and one of the rides that screamed loudly throughout the night until about 2pm. Otherwise I had no problems with the hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, advised me the best restaurant where can have my dinner as we missed the hotel one…with a big smile on his face welcoming us to the property and choose the room with the lake’s view also recommended us a nice place in the city we shouldn’t miss while we are around, change my mind about my previous bad experience in France that much was excellent.

Easy to get to by car. Lovely area with walks around the lake or further. Helpful, pleasant staff. Restaurant food tasty & service was very good. Breakfast good too.

Pillow was too hards for me - but that's such a minor problem in the grand scheme of things!

The staff were very friendly and very accomodating. The service of the waiters at dinner was remarkable. The view of the lake and the balcony were lovely. The quietness of the location was great especially living in a city on a normal day to day basis.
