It was a good stop over while travelling, could have used outdoor pool. Great location, easy walking distance to lake and walks.
It's a basic apart hotel, very clean. Didn't have breakfast, use to be great real treat, meats, cereal, fresh bread, fruit. New owners a few years ago, now just, coffee croissant and basic nibbles.

Reception and arrival well sorted, we arrived half an hour before last check-in, everything was ready for us. Facilities well organised, all clean.
Some parts of decor a little worn but not to a point where it affected functionality of anything.

Good location for traveling from Spain to UK and suitable for a dog. Spacious apartment and generally comfortable. Staff very friendly.
Room a bit tired could do with upgrade. Bed small. Supplement for travel with dog is 15e is expensive.

Sliding doors on bedroom would not close and one was hanging off.

We have stayed here before and was very happy, will stay here again as in a convenient position for us on route to home.
Was a little upset that the restaurant was not open and we had to go out after a long drive for somewhere to eat.

Good sized apartment, lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchenette. Nice pool.
Would benefit from extractor fan in the kitchenette. Bigger washing machine in laundry room is needed.

Nice quiet area. Friendly staff. Near shops, casino etc. You can cook in your room. Nice little balcony.
The microwave in the room 302 was not on a stable shelf and almost fell off a few times. No trash can in room. You have to carry your own trash down to the trash container down the hill. Very basic breakfast for $12. NOT ONE ENGLISH TV CHANNEL!
