The receptionist night before Anna when I checked out at 730. Very professional helpful and friendly.. Credit due. Hotel clean. Great spa... Fairly on place to find... Perfect stopover from sorting to France tunnel.

Front lift, sensor for door, needs looking at. Took seven times to close. Few times I used it.... Breakfast was told for and cold. It was continental. At best. Not worth the money.. If told cold would not of paid it.. Only hot thing was coffee and toast... Same... More pillows bigger 😂

Our rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was ideally situated for our onward journey and we appreciated the secure storage for our bikes. Breakfast was simple but good enough for the cyclists.

Dinner was a bit disappointing, extremely fast food, already prepared and came out of the kitchen as soon as it was ordered! It wasn't bad but we were looking forward to a relaxing dinner with lots of choice and it wasn't quite like that.

Perfectly located for our needs. Large grocery store not far away, and special room to securely store our two bicycles. Hotel was very quiet despite there being a lot of people staying. Also, very nice to have a kettle in the room. We didn't make use of the spa facilities, so cannot comment. Free shuttle bus allows easy access north of the river if needed.

The staff at reception was kind, helpful, and I could comunicate with them in english and spanish. The staff at restaurant and cafetería didn’t speak other languages but they were kind and trying to communicate (except for one man at the restaurant that was a bit rude). I could park my car for free in the street and I could see it from the window 🙂. Anyway, the streets around looked very safe. I also could wash and dry my clothes in the laundry room that they share with another hotel. Wash+Detergent+Dry = 6,5 euros. Breakfast was normal. The best thing was fresh nice bread and very good mermelades.

The room was not very big, and some parts looked a bit old and updated, but, giving the price, I’d say it was a very good price-value relation.

Clean comfortable and recently refurbished room. Very helpful reception staff and a nice bar. The on-site restaurant was very good and well worth having dinner at. A great place for a stopover if you are traveling through Dax.

Good location, easy to find . Secure parking available , bar and restaurant on site . Nice breakfast . Friendly staff

Bed was a bit hard , uncomfortable nights sleep also no hot water in the morning had to have a cold shower , not a good start to the day .

Great hotel close to the main town square. Godd value and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and know the area. Breakfast very simple but good. Parking in a private barriered area.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It's a short walk to the town square. It's great value, and we highly recommend it.

Very comfy and clean room with a lot of space. Bed incredible good. Pet friendly with a small garden perfect to walk your dog you can also Park your car inside of the hotel.
