Perfect location for sightseeing, near the cathedral and Palais des Ducs, and a short walk to the restaurant area around Les Halles. Excellent breakfasts. Staff were extremely responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. Room was great - very comfortable bed and nice shower.

Small suggestions: - Please replenish tea/coffee when servicing the room each day. - Clothes hanging space was fine but there were no drawers or shelves for other clothes and personal items. - All the towels were replaced every day even though some were still serviceable for re-use. Good for us, but not so good for the environment. - The television was impossible! Channel selection simply did not work at all!

Centrally located in Dijon. Lovely staff. Our room, Rom.Conti was in the main building on the 2nd floor with lift. You can park outside the hotel to unload or in The square near the church and pay a few euro for an hour. Plenty of towels, clean linen and a washing machine! We even borrowed an iron from them..Dijon is lovely and so was this apartment.

Squeaky wooden floorboards (they were lovely and looked original) but I kept thinking about others downstairs as it was load; and the silicone around the shower could do with replacing soon but not horrific.

We stayed at the residences just off the main square. Its a bit of a walk if you've got a large amount of luggage, but it is in a very central position and couldn't be better for exploring the centre of Dijon. The room was very clean and had tea making facilities. Breakfast can be taken at the main hotel which is 400m away. Checking-in was easy - best to do it at the hotel as they will explain access, the location and parking as well as giving you maps. Check-out is even simpler, you leave your cards in the room to be collected by the cleaner.

Our room was fairly compact and could have done with better curtains as we were at the same level as the sitting room of the flats opposite who had a direct view into our bedroom over the width of a narrow street. The bathroom was spacious and had a great walk-in shower. Parking can be an issue. there is plenty of paid street-parking spaces, but these are taken up during peak times. They are empty at off-peak times so with a bit of thought you can get a place fairly near to the residence and enjoy the periods of free parking. The underground car parks (about 20 Euros per 24 hours) are reasonable, but about a mile walk form the residence.

We stayed in Le Loft which is away from the main hotel, located just off the main square. The room was exceptional, well beyond what we expected for a three star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was modern and super clean and the room was located around a courtyard on the first floor, meaning it was quiet and peaceful despite being right in the centre of this stunning City. We loved every second of our stay and would recommend this room and this hotel without hesitation.

Literally the only thing I can say as a negative is that there were only 4 hangers in the wardrobe and we could have done with a few more!!

Staff was extremely helpful regarding a problem I had that was completely unrelated to the hotel stay. I liked that there was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cold water, including sparkling water, available in the lobby all the time. The location was fantastic, an almost straight walk from the train station and close to all the target sites. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was the easiest shower to adjust temp in of all five hotels I stayed in this trip. There were four English language TV stations. I don't usually watch TV when vacationing but things are volatile in the US so I was curious. I also like seeing other news services that are not available at home.

All good for me.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. Just a simple room with a bed, nice shower and a nice view. Nothing extraordinary, however, it had everything I needed : an absolute best location in Dijon, helpful staff, clean room. As far as I'm concerned, great price. I would not hesitate to book a room at this hotel. If I travel to Dijon again, this will be my first choice, for sure.

Excellent location, could go out front door and walk into the heart of the old city. Twin room on 3rd floor was very spacious, even with 2 large suitcases, kettle and coffee/tea making facilities, fridge stocked with drinks. 2 chairs provided in room which was great as they were used a fair bit. Bathroom set out was good and shower was large. Water pressure was good and temperature was constant. Hotel actually stuck to their environmental ideals and only changed towels that were left on floor, loved this as most say they will do this to save water but never do, this hotel did which we loved as towels do not need washing and replacing every day. Individual air con that worked was great. Lighting was good. Rooms cleaned every day. Loved that there was free, all day home made cold tea, water dispenser and hot coffee/tea facilities beyond reception in a spacious area. Loved this and was used every day. Staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. Have already recommended this place to others and if we ever come back to Dijon we will choose this hotel first. Absolutely a great hotel to stay in in Dijon.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything! Stayed in the loft. Location was spectacular, room was comfortable and quiet. Was our last night of a four and a half week road trip, two weeks in USA and the rest in 8 countries across Europe, stayed in a different hotel each night. For overall experience this town and this city was easily top 3.

Breakfast at the main hotel was a little chaotic and just average. There was a nice outdoor area with table and chairs that had gone into disrepair which would have been nice to use.

We were in the other part of the hotel, 10 minutes from the main building. The location is very nice since it’s just in the corner of a big place (place de l hotel de ville) with bars but not noisy since it’s in a small street on the side.

The neglected entrance with sheets and towels racks from the previous people. Since it’s not in the main building, you have to walk 10 minutes in the center, no problem if you are strolling around during the day, but fare less nice arriving late with suitcases and young kids. They should have a service showing you the place and carrying your bags.

We chose this hotel for its excellent location in the centre of Dijon, close to Place de Libération and the Ducal Palace. Before we arrived, we received an email asking about our preferences and checking our arrival time. We checked in around 12.00 and our luggage was stored until our room was ready. We were offered complimentary coffee and given a town map. The staff were always cheerful and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was clean, spacious and had a balcony. After a full day in Dijon, we slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet, next morning in the airy and light conservatory was well presented and tasty. Overall an excellent stay.
