It's just a little oasis in the middle of a beautiful city. Decorated in beautiful old antique furniture but with all of the modern conveniences you need. The suite was massive, a huge comfy 4 poster bed, lovely bathroom and breakfast seating area, many city hotel rooms are only good for a night or 2 but you can easily do a couple of weeks here. The suite was immaculately clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, you can tell the owners take exceptional pride in their property. All rooms are individually styled, we had a sneak peak in one other room but you kind of feel you want to spend a night in each of them, they all look so beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and delivered bang on the time we requested. It's on a lovely traditional french city street, literally 2 mins walk from the centre, it felt safe, tranquil and we felt welcomed and looked after.

Literally nothing to complain about, my only respectful suggestion would be to replace the cheese at breakfast with some Comte or some other delicious french cheese

We arrived at the time predicted and the owner recieved us very friendly. The check-in was very fast and efficient and we got some suggestions for parking the car. Upon our question to find a spot for putting our bikes there was a secure spot avalible. The room is cosy, clean with lots of historical details. It's an old home and everything squeeks but that's part of the charm. The breakfast was good as well. Thanks for providing a book and info what to do in the city! The roller shutters made sure we had privay and could sleep in a dark room. Excellent!

The shower curtain is a bit strange. The shower curtain is on a 3/4 round bar around the shower area and bit to small. It will always splash the bathroom wet to one side or the other.

The exterior of the building hides a very charming style of accommodation. We booked 3 rooms the Regency, Empire and Romance, they are all beautifully furnished in different style with antique furniture. They are more like a large self-contained studio with a basic cooking facility but well equipped necessity. Very comfortable beds. The host and hostess are very welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely homemade jam was provided to go with the lovely bread. I highly recommend Le Petit Tertre and would definitely stay there again if I visit Dijon again.

I stayed for an autumn weekend trip in Dijon. Given the central location in the old town and the rainy weather, I really made use of my stay by dropping stuff off during the day or taking a quick nap before continuing to explore the town. The studio I stayed in was beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast every morning was yummy and filling – however, it always was a surprise what you'd get, so if you have specific dietary restrictions best to inform Yuka ahead. I really enjoyed my stay at Le Petit Tertre, and will make sure to come back one day!

Our Host greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us to our room, explained how to work the shutters and how our key worked to get into her secure building and asked us what time we would like our breakfast tray to arrive next morning. We were also given a map and shown exactly on it where our accommodation was so we could find our way back after exploring. The room had a courtyard view which allowed a lot of natural light in. Our room was very comfortable with a lot of personal touches everywhere and the runner rug leading from the bed to the bathroom was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delivered on time and very generous, the home made jam was very tasty.

This was extremely suitable accommodation for a short stay in Dijon. It was simple to park in the street accross from the accommodation. A bonus was that there were were no stairs and it was not far to walk. The room was spacious and the shower was good. There was a lovely breakfast provided in the room and the host was very friendly. The best thing about this accommodation was that is is only a few minute's walk from the centre of town. Dijon was suprisingly beautiful and larger than expected. An overnight stop between destinations turned into a lovely evening spent exploring the old centre and dining out.

Accommodations with lots of character! Guest house was built in the 19th century. Cute little courtyard. We had one of the spacious upstairs apartments with a canopy bed. Stay included a nice breakfast delivered each morning to our room. Breakfast varied each of the two mornings we were there. Good location and easy walk to many shops and restaurants

Street parking which is free from 7-9pm but paid otherwise. Recommended parking was in a paid lot that was challenging to get in and to park in incredibly small spaces. Pedestrian entrance was very hard to find to get back to your car. Also weird single long pillow on bed with no extra pillows. Not the most comfortable.

I appreciated the style and quality of the room decorations - a tasteful mixture of antique and modern contemporary design - it made the room comfortable and memorable. We had the suite up the outdoor staircase at the back of the guesthouse. It was spacious and could accomodate 3 people. Our host Yuka was helpful and very friendly. The continental breakfast was generous. Public parking is available nearby (5 min walk) at reasonable prices (8-9 EUR for 18 hours).

Great location in Dijon, with street parking available just outside. Warm welcome by the owner. We were very pleasantly surprised by the space in the room and the great facilities (fab bathroom with an excellent shower). Quite quirky, slightly old-fashioned decor but I especially loved the artwork. The breakfast, delivered to our door, was just right!!

We had a bed on the mezzanine and it was a bit of a squeeze for me to get in on the sloping roof side (but not a deal breaker!). The bedding was very comfortable.

Nothing! The property was perfect for my stay, giving me easy access into the heart of Dijon, was in a safe and quiet street but close to restaurants, shops, and historic sights. Breakfast was varied and served with great care for taste and ambiance.
