Location is very convenient - just off the city centre, easy to access from the highway. It is the 3rd time we stay in this hotel on our way South and we choose it for the secure parking and easy access from highway. It is a comfortable hotel, clean and well kept. The underground parking has limited number of spaces, but a public underground parking is nearby in case of need. Hotel has a restaurant and bar - very convenient if not interested to explore the city, and proximity to supermarkets. It's a 15 minutes walk to the city centre

We booked here as was a great location for exploring Dijon on our long weekend trip to Eastern France. Only a 15 minute walk into the city centre, it was ideally located for us to be able to explore Dijon. Underground parking with electric charging points was a real plus meaning we were able to head onto our next destination with ease. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

Not a lot we didn’t like, hotel worked well for us on our one night visit to Dijon.

Cozy, comfortable room, recently refurbished - good bed. Helpful, friendly staff on reception. Good breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening - it's not for everyday dining, but for a special evening it was outstanding. Perfect cooking, careful. attentive, unobtrusive service, serious wine list.

Car park is a bit cramped, but no more so than many city centre hotels with parking underneath the building. We were lucky to get a space when arriving at 18.30.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially so when we discovered the morning of our departure - a Sunday - that we had a flat car tyre and the following day was a public holiday. They let us hold on to our room until we had confirmed our plan and we stayed an extra night. The pool was perfect especially after a long car journey. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and the food was tasty and well cooked.

Good location and excellent room.

Disappointingly, the pool was not open despite the very warm weather and, importantly, there was no mention of the closure when I booked. The lady on reception explained that the hotel had not had time to prepare for the good weather. This was a strange explanation and definitely detracted from my stay as one of the reasons I chose the Mercure was because it has a pool.

The design room was more expensive but better.

There was no coffee machine for a room that was more than 140€ a night. No snacks in the fridge. Also as I arrived late midday for work, there was no option to eat anything on a Sunday. No coffee milk in the room. The ironing board I requested was too small to iron work clothes. The gyms equipment were a bit average.

Very comfortable room. Very quiet, clean and cozy . The bedding was comfortable. Had a coffee machine and necessary amenities. However, the aircon in our room was not cooling enough and we had to open the windows at night. The place is just opposite the tramway and walking distance to the main train station and most other places. (Just a suggestion - do try the amazing food at center kebab at foch gare tram stop)

Pillows were too soft

Comfortable hotel with good facilities- restaurant, gym, pool, bar, outside terrace. Great location- a short walk to city centre and right next to a tram stop. Very comfortable high spec room and spacious. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner when we had it.

Location is great, easy to get to from the autoroute yet within walking distance to the city centre with lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bar/terrace has comfy seating and good service along with a brilliant wine list... we enjoyed a bottle while sat on the terrace. Parking is under the hotel and while the car park is tight we had no issues.

Location of hotel, quality of facilities and friendliness and professionalism of staff.

Breakfast was too expensive as was cost of car parking. Clearly missed this cost when reading terms and conditions.
