We booked here as was a great location for exploring Dijon on our long weekend trip to Eastern France. Only a 15 minute walk into the city centre, it was ideally located for us to be able to explore Dijon. Underground parking with electric charging points was a real plus meaning we were able to head onto our next destination with ease. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

Not a lot we didn’t like, hotel worked well for us on our one night visit to Dijon.

Cozy, comfortable room, recently refurbished - good bed. Helpful, friendly staff on reception. Good breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening - it's not for everyday dining, but for a special evening it was outstanding. Perfect cooking, careful. attentive, unobtrusive service, serious wine list.

Car park is a bit cramped, but no more so than many city centre hotels with parking underneath the building. We were lucky to get a space when arriving at 18.30.

Good location and excellent room.

Disappointingly, the pool was not open despite the very warm weather and, importantly, there was no mention of the closure when I booked. The lady on reception explained that the hotel had not had time to prepare for the good weather. This was a strange explanation and definitely detracted from my stay as one of the reasons I chose the Mercure was because it has a pool.

The design room was more expensive but better.

There was no coffee machine for a room that was more than 140€ a night. No snacks in the fridge. Also as I arrived late midday for work, there was no option to eat anything on a Sunday. No coffee milk in the room. The ironing board I requested was too small to iron work clothes. The gyms equipment were a bit average.

Very comfortable room. Very quiet, clean and cozy . The bedding was comfortable. Had a coffee machine and necessary amenities. However, the aircon in our room was not cooling enough and we had to open the windows at night. The place is just opposite the tramway and walking distance to the main train station and most other places. (Just a suggestion - do try the amazing food at center kebab at foch gare tram stop)

Pillows were too soft

Location is great, easy to get to from the autoroute yet within walking distance to the city centre with lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bar/terrace has comfy seating and good service along with a brilliant wine list... we enjoyed a bottle while sat on the terrace. Parking is under the hotel and while the car park is tight we had no issues.

We liked the parking, the room and bed was comfortable, and breakfast was of a good standard with both hot and cold offerings.

There was no bacon left when we sat down, and this was not addressed for the duration of the breakfast. That was the only fault of our stay.

very clean, modern, great food and I really appreciated the water dispenser in the hallway. The garage and charging were also great!

The outside was showing its age a bit. The location was very good, and fully acceptable, but only just shy of a ten due to its surroundings. Would still come back and also recommend it!

Fantastic from office staff - made restaurant bookings for us, called taxis, helped out with maps, supermarket locations, very nice people indeed. Particularly Ms. Marion and Ms. Ouzna. we drove in from Beaune and parked at the facility - its very centrally located. we found our original booking a bit small and asked for an upgrade - it was immediate and at a small increment. highly recommend their suite.

I thought overall the rooms were expensive, parking was an extra €15 a night , the evening restaurant was also expensive and limited to my taste, €20 breakfast was not included and so did not stay for it
