I booked the hotel for my mom. Mr. Valentin is one of the best staff members I have ever met. He exchanged a room for a more quiet one. Speaks multiple languages, very friendly, patient with customers. Due to May 1 delays, I was really late. He picked up the phone quickly, confirmed my reservation, helped with directions, and reassured that everything was ok. The second night at the hotel was even cheaper. Definitely inviting my relatives here next time.

The internet connection was with interruptions, but still manageable for short whatsapp calls.

To avoid the Saturday morning rush and traffic jams driving away from the Alps we decided to travel part way home on Friday night. This hotel located in Dijon had a room for six which was perfect for our party and ridiculously good value. The room was very large and roomy and decorated and furnished in a basic functional manner. The bunk beds were very comfortable and I slept like a log. Thanks to the hotel stop, by getting a head start our journey to the Eurotunnel was stress-free

For the price nothing could have been better

It was perfect for what I needed. Had just travelled over 100 miles in torrential rain which isn't a lot of fun on a motorcycle 🤣. Accommodation was warm, clean and bed was very comfortable. I only spent one night here but thoroughly enjoyed it. Supermarket not that far away. Yes, it is budget accommodation but I couldn't have asked for anything more for the price. I would definitely stay again. Location wise, I am not sure how close to the centre of Dijon it is but I was simply using it as a stop over. For that it is perfect. Recommended!!

Nothing really, to be honest. As I said, it is definitely budget accommodation so probably not for everyone. For me, it was perfect for my needs.

Clean, straight forward, ideal for an overnight road trip stopover Did not stay for breakfast. Receptionists were very welcoming and made us all laugh - felt very friendly - thank you!

The window did not close properly. The key card for one of the two rooms I booked did not work first time so I had to go back to reception to get it corrected. This was done quickly and all was then fine.

It is our favorite hotel in Dijon. All you need for a hotel, especially 24h check in, for a good price. Very reliable and friendly

We are a couple in our 20s. We like to travel with comfort but we don't have money yet for 5 star hotels. This hotel doesn't have any dirt, mold, and insects. This hotel is perfect and I do not see any reason to pay for a more expensive hotel in Dijon

The hotel exceeded expectations in almost all areas. I arrived late (past 10 pm and it was no problem). The croissants at breakfast were excellent !

I was charged extra for parking (in the basement garage) - when I checked my bookings.com booking it was supposed to be included and free ...... but otherwise the hotel was such good value I didn't mind (much)

It's brilliant for the price. Large carpark. Friendly staff. Very clean.

The shower is small and the amount of shower gel provided is tiny so you need to bring your own.

A very warm welcome from the receptionist. There is easy and free parking directly in front of the hotel. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel are better options than local takeaway alternatives. E. Leclerc supermarket is 4 minutes away.

The property is clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and more than happy to help (really helped they understand English). The only downside is the light in the toilet did not work, whilst this is not a huge issue, I was concerned my 6 year old would have an accident. Great location, easy to find and not far from the centre.
