Loved staying here! Bang in the centre of Dijon and only 15 mins (walking slowly) from the station. But very quiet, acoustically protected from the nightlife, and without anyone staring into your bedroom. Comfy bed, lots of hot water, and the room was as clean as they could make it. The TV was set to French only, which helped me practise, but the wifi is excellent and there's a very helpful cleaner who happily provided all I requested.

Look, it's a bit scratty and they're doing it up bit by bit. So, this isn't the place to be if you're expecting wall-to-wall room service. But it is the place to be if you're going to be out and about doing touristy stuff and just want a clean bed and hot water at night time. The staff are really helpful - very French - so don't go wading in expecting international levels of tourist-speak, etc! One thing to remember is here there is a tax on hotel rooms that doesn't appear on the websites and that they have to collect; it's per night and they pay it to the local commune.

Toilet was faulty, no flush, was leaking, it would be great if there was a kettle avaiable to use and a mirowave for guests I think the wires hanging loose on floor 2 needs to be sorted out for safety reasons, Brighter lighting on staircase also

In this hotel you're accommodated in an exceptionally good location right in the city centre. The room is clean enough and the staff helpful and friendly.

The building is pretty old which manifests itself for example in the temperature of the room which wasn't particularly warm during a few cold days in april but that should not be an issue in the summer. It could all be cleaner and more comfortable to spend time in. But if you're looking for a simple room to sleep in at night and will be more focused on exploring Dijon, this place is to recommend for its price and location.

Such a brilliant location in the very heart of Dijon yet so very quiet. Truly individual hotel, old-fashioned in spirit, you really feel you are in France, not in some anonymous chain. A modest hotel, slightly run-down but immaculately clean, with some surviving details such as wooden stairs and brass stair-rail.

For this price there is really nothing to complain about. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be that the milky coffee colour of the walls in the halls might be spiced up for something less practical but more cheery.

Perfectly situated, the lady at reception very polite and helpful, room very clean and great price. It does smell of cigarettes in the common areas but as it didn't affect my room, it didn't bother me. No wifi signal in the room, but I already knew from other people's reviews and was also told at reception, so I was fine with that.

The bed was squeaky.

LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. There’s no a better location in Dijon! Besides that, the owner is so helpfull and gentil. Breakfast is not included, but you can pay 6€ and have it.

I liked everything. But, the stairs may be a problem for some people. The bathroom is small, but it’s not really a issue for me.

Location is perfect, it ‘s in the very centre of Dijon, next to Palais des Ducs..

The smell - it seems that someone has been smoking there, and the views through the window to a very small neglected garden…

Amazing value, very central, in the pedestrian centre in a back alley literally 30m from the main pedestrian drag. I needed a value crash pad in the centre.
