Very modern hotel in a beautiful old building. SPA has a small pool, but equipped with wave making stream, I believe for athletes to swim as if it was long-distance which we thought was a great feature! Whirlpool bath, sensory shower, steam room. Room had a comfy bed and pillows, a fridge, very quiet. The staff was beyond helpful - thank you very much for your help and hospitality! Great location to visit old town. Large and quiet bar area to hangout.

We visited the pool at 8pm and were the only guests which was great, but the SPA area was unmanned with no bathrobes available and the lockers didn’t work. We managed to find single-use slippers. The lights in the corridor were going on and off as there was no movement. We still enjoyed it but it was a bit odd not to have staff there. The room has very modern decor, which my partner really liked, but to me looks too sterile and “cold”. So really a matter of personal preference. Our windows faced internal courtyard so unfortunately there was no view, but for 1 night was absolutely ok.

We spent a long weekend at Aloft Hotel Dijon By Marriott. The location couldn't be better - very central, close to all the main sights. The room was very spacious and clean, we liked the design as well. Little SPA corner was a very nice addition - lovely saunas, jakuzzi and a pool. The staff was super helpful and even checked us in earlier. Definitely would recommend.

There is no restaurant at the hotel for dinner, but there's a bar and plenty of nice restaurants nearby, so it's not really a problem

Breakfast exceeded expectation. Not a big area but had everything, well stock and staff continued to check and replenished. I saw a team leader training a new staff in a very professional manner. The location was great, closed to many restaurants and shops but yet not noisy. We also found a laundry place closed by - dropped off and picked up in 24 hrs. Highly recommend. OH and I heard the pool was great. My friend's kids had a blast.

I think the tables at breakfast area can be better arranged. Hard for families to sit together.

The hotel is very nicely located right at the entrance to the old town so it's very convenient for walking around. The bed was comfortable and breakfast food was decent, but nothing special

Parking and breakfast quite expensive at 20€/night per person and 20€ per day for parking. Some of the facilities lack maintenance, e.g. the elevator made constant squeaky noises during operation. The doors are also squeaky when opening/closing.

The stuff was nice, good location on the old town. Breakfast cost compared to the quality is not good. I recommend to take room without breakfast and wake up 10min earlier to take fresh sandwich from bakery (200m from the hotel) where instead of 20 euro you will pay 6. The sink was at the same room where bed. It did not bother me but for such price this is not acceptable standard.

The rooms are really nice, interesting design elements, with that special touch that makes the hotel not a standard Marriott branch. So is the public area (lobby, bar). The staff is also really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were not able to check out the SPA area. The shower is just perfect! Parking (designated area in a public parking) is across the street.

The elevator situation is a bit „stressful“, but easy to take the stairs to the highest (third) floor.

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is not too far from the town. A positive experience.

Unfortunately whilst we were there many groups of people came into the hotel for breakfast which made the dining area really busy and noisy. Hence the hotel ran out of eggs. We have been there before and there were not so many people which was great.

This is a brand new hotel. Spacious, light and airy rooms, with comfortable, big beds. Decent gym equipment and excellent location.

Brand new, with some growing pains. Pool was closed bc of some issue, which later also caused the gym to close and the fire alarm to go off. Breakfast buffet and area feel cramped when the hotel is busy. Rooms were clean but daily cleaning service was a bit random.

The fact that I was staying in a state-of-the-art hotel, newly opened, in a very grand, historic building in the centre of town. The centre of Dijon is very walkable. The spa was a real bonus.

There was an ongoing problem with one of the lifts which made it difficult to escape from the subterranean spa - but there are worse places to be stranded ! Also there was a staircase beyond a fire exit

Excellent location to explore Dijon, shops, restaurants, attractions etc all a short walk away, comfortable large room & dog friendly.Dijon was a joy to visit a week before Christmas, a real festive atmosphere with all the lights & decorations!!

There was secure parking but it wasn’t made clear that you would have to pay €20 for this.
