Location - near station, trams and centre; also to features to the west eg lac Staff helpful and friendly; some English spoken Breakfast - good variety, fresh Spa

Shelf in 415, about to fall off wall' one bedlight not working POOL NOT AVAILABLE; has been so since March (?), was one reason we chose this hotel. If a key facility is out; should be refund, also should not be on website, this is misleading. Coffee machines both broken one morning Towels replaced, against hotel policy on mirror.

The location is probably about as perfect as could be for me. Across the road from Dijon Ville railway station, yet very quiet at night with the window closed. Scores of restaurants, cafes, bars within 10 mins walk, plus it's at the start of the main stretch of the city, perfect for exploring this wonderful place. The room had a kettle, and a bath, both of which were pretty much non-existent in all the other hotels during my 3 week trip to Sicily. All this, with a bargain price of around £47 for last minute Saturday night stay in May, breakfast included. Note: I think I got very lucky with that price, I'm sure it's a lot higher usually...

I enjoyed swimming. The location is really good for someone who arrives by train. The room has sufficient space for working with a PC, and there is hot water and some coffee. People are friendly and helpful. Close to the place there is a beautiful botanic garden.

The breakfast has tasty orange juice and a good selection of fruit. The only cheese is some hard cheese slices packed in plastic. Processed cheese is cheap and could have completed the experience. Some camembert would be excellent. Not enough cabinet space in the room, I had to use my suitcase.

It was great to have access to the spa (the pool is being repaired) in this hotel which is right next to the train station, and very reasonably priced. I could store my luggage here too after checkout. The rooms are comfy and have tea/coffee making facilities. All the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. When I was passing through the following week the kind staff let me use the wifi and charge my phone.

Well located and easy to find. Breakfast was ok. One of the receptionists (I think it was Thomas) was incredibly helpful when I had issues with my room key. Cleaning staff also very friendly.

Breakfast on one of the days was limited due to a power failure - possibly tell the guests as they get in or maybe reduce the price for that day. Rooms a little dusty

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to both train and bus stations, and just a short 5-10 minute walk from Dijon's city center. Parking is also available. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While I didn't personally try the breakfast.I had a pleasant stay and would happily return.

Location is excellent - close to the Dijon main train station and a short walk to the historic town centre and all of the sights. Friendly staff, secure luggage storage etc. The room was nice enough. I didn't have high expectations but found it was clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable. Also, although it was a smaller room, I didn't feel cramped. The air-conditioning worked (which was good because the weather was very warm and humid during my stay). I didn't test out the fitness or wellness facilities when there so I can't comment on these aspects - I did like that it was possible/these options were available nonetheless.

The bathroom: it could do with a heavy-duty bleaching and re-grouting of the tiles as there was a bit of mould happening. Also it was a bit narrow (not a problem for me but possibly for other people with mobility issues).

5min walk from the city center. 50m from the station. Clean and big room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak English!

Not too big breakfast room. Little bit noisy as the hotel is in front of a main street and the train station. We had a room on the 3rd floor and it was quite good, though.

This stay was a great experience, made special by the warm pool, spa and sauna. The staff was friendly. The decoration makes you feel like you're on a spaceship which was quite fun. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. The breakfast was really good and the parking easy to access and safe. The town center and park are just a few steps away, with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from but also many shops.

The rooms were quite small but cosy

Very close to the station for train and bus travellers. The staff member at the front desk was most obliging finding us a suitable room. The room at the back was quiet and comfortable. It is very good value for the price.
