Modern appartment with bathroom, kitchenette, airconditioned room, in a quiet area of the city, at walking distance from the city center. Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. Secure underground car parking available at a cost of 10€ per night.

The room was very compact (small bath tub, not much legg space on the toilet, very small dish washer in the kitchenette). But for the price, it is good value for money. It is a bit ennoying that you each time need to get a remote control from the reception to open or close the gate for the parking. That said, the hotel is so close to the city center, that we did not use the car during our stay in Dijon. It would only be better if they could beforehand inform the hotel guests that you just need to drive in front of the hotel entrance and get from the reception a remote control to open the parking gate.

Apartments were in an excellent location being just 10 minutes walk from the Old Town of Dijon. Staff at check in were helpful. Secure underground parking was readily accessible. Kitchenette with fridge was very useful and reasonably well equipped including a small welcome dishwashing pack. Pull out clothes line in bathroom was very useful. Room was airconditioned and bed was comfortable. Room faced onto a courtyard adjoining retirement apartments and was very quiet.

Breaffast was adequate however if you wanted a cooked breakfast of eggs and sausages you needed to be there early.

Residhome Dijon Cité Des Vignes is situated in the downtown od Dijon. We stayed here only for 1 night - we travelled from the west to east France. Apartament was equipped with standard equipment, was fully functional and offers the air-conditioning too. The hotel staff was very kindly, pleasant and helpful. Parking is possible in the hotel garrage (10 euro/night) - you can ask it, if you need. The breakfast was excellent, very tasty with a wide selection of food.

Floor in our apartment was little bit dirty, but rest of apartment equipment was clean and functional.

It’s an apartment hotel exactly as described. Nothing fancy like a hotel with stars, but with everything I was looking for. A microwave and fridge including freezer, a private bathroom including a bathtub. Everything was immaculate except the garbage bucket in the bathroom which looked like it hadn’t been emptied for days. This is the only point that bothered me, but even this is not really a complaint. There was another garbage bucket outside the bathroom so no problem. The staff were all very helpful and professional. If you want a comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Dijon, this is perfect! I’m keeping it on my list of places to come back to.

Underground secure parking for a fair price. Comfortable beds and armchairs. You have a cooking opportunity with a spacious fridge and a dish washer. Good air condition. Soundproof walls. Good wifi. Everything in apartment was new (2022).

They don’t clean the room (it costs extra). They don’t change the towels. They don’t change the bed sheets. There was no soap at all and they don’t provide any (for face/body, -so bring your own). They don’t collect the garbage from room (you must carry it yourself to reception..) The water pressure in WC (tab and shower) was very low when turned on hotter temperatures. The TV set had only 3 (french) programs and nothing more! They don’t have working telephone lines, so you can’t call reception if there’s a problem.

Very good location next to the Cite Internationale de la Gastronomie, less than 10m walk from train station and 15m walk from center of Dijon. There was a large balcony with tables and chairs and a small kitchen with a mini-dishwasher, kettle and microwave. The living room has sofabed, small flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. Nice storage under bathroom sink.

The unit was a bit sparse, There was room for extra counterspace/shelving in the kitchen which would have made meal prep easier, but it was left open. No basic condiments, with a kitchen you expect salt/pepper/sugar at a minimum. Sufficient dishware/silverware except there was no CORKSCREW. How can a place in Dijon not have a corkscrew? There was no coffee table for the sofa. The bathroom was accessible through the bedroom, not a problem for us as a couple, but for two couples a bit awkward.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment on the seventh floor. The kitchen was compact, but had everything we needed including a hob, oven and fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. This is a fairly new apartment hotel, cleverly designed to provide modern facilities and maximise space. The staff are very helpful. Basement parking is available for a reasonable charge. We would certainly stay here again.

Breakfast choice is limited if you arrive after 8.00am (the hot dishes are likely to have gone and won’t be replenished).

The apartments are within easy walking distance of the city centre and have private parking. Dijon is a fascinating city if you like art and architecture and has some first rate restaurants. It also has upmarket shopping - though that's not our 'thing'. Staff are helpful and many attractions lie around the city, within an hour's car journey. Especially interesting if you are fond of wine and - of course - mustard!

The kitchenette is a little cramped and you wouldn't want to prepare a major meal in it. That said it's perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the centre of Dijon and close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and professional.

To enter the underground carpark, it's necessary to get a key fob from reception. This is fine in theory, but the hotel is on a busy road, and there is no-whwre to pull up in order to go into the hotel to get the fob. There are parking spaces outside, but no space free. It's only a small point and not overly an issue, but it is worth knowing ahead of arriving.

Large rooms, with a kitchen, bathroom and large living room. Beds were very comfortable and we slept like a log. Really close to the city center. And the car can be parked at the hotel.

Cleaning could be a bit better, there were some marks in the toilet, bathroom and if you took a closer look at many places, you could clearly see dust and a bit of grime. The bathroom was not too pretty, with shower curtains and again some strains. Overall the room needed a good proper cleaning.
