Underground secure parking for a fair price. Comfortable beds and armchairs. You have a cooking opportunity with a spacious fridge and a dish washer. Good air condition. Soundproof walls. Good wifi. Everything in apartment was new (2022).

They don’t clean the room (it costs extra). They don’t change the towels. They don’t change the bed sheets. There was no soap at all and they don’t provide any (for face/body, -so bring your own). They don’t collect the garbage from room (you must carry it yourself to reception..) The water pressure in WC (tab and shower) was very low when turned on hotter temperatures. The TV set had only 3 (french) programs and nothing more! They don’t have working telephone lines, so you can’t call reception if there’s a problem.

Very good location next to the Cite Internationale de la Gastronomie, less than 10m walk from train station and 15m walk from center of Dijon. There was a large balcony with tables and chairs and a small kitchen with a mini-dishwasher, kettle and microwave. The living room has sofabed, small flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. Nice storage under bathroom sink.

The unit was a bit sparse, There was room for extra counterspace/shelving in the kitchen which would have made meal prep easier, but it was left open. No basic condiments, with a kitchen you expect salt/pepper/sugar at a minimum. Sufficient dishware/silverware except there was no CORKSCREW. How can a place in Dijon not have a corkscrew? There was no coffee table for the sofa. The bathroom was accessible through the bedroom, not a problem for us as a couple, but for two couples a bit awkward.

We booked a one-bedroom apartment on the seventh floor. The kitchen was compact, but had everything we needed including a hob, oven and fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. This is a fairly new apartment hotel, cleverly designed to provide modern facilities and maximise space. The staff are very helpful. Basement parking is available for a reasonable charge. We would certainly stay here again.

Breakfast choice is limited if you arrive after 8.00am (the hot dishes are likely to have gone and won’t be replenished).

The apartments are within easy walking distance of the city centre and have private parking. Dijon is a fascinating city if you like art and architecture and has some first rate restaurants. It also has upmarket shopping - though that's not our 'thing'. Staff are helpful and many attractions lie around the city, within an hour's car journey. Especially interesting if you are fond of wine and - of course - mustard!

The kitchenette is a little cramped and you wouldn't want to prepare a major meal in it. That said it's perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the centre of Dijon and close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and professional.

To enter the underground carpark, it's necessary to get a key fob from reception. This is fine in theory, but the hotel is on a busy road, and there is no-whwre to pull up in order to go into the hotel to get the fob. There are parking spaces outside, but no space free. It's only a small point and not overly an issue, but it is worth knowing ahead of arriving.

The aparthotel is brilliantly located within an easy walk to Dijon city centre. It is also near to the canal and river, with a lovely walk possible down to the lake. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful, and generally friendly.

The kitchen could have been bigger but was adequate for the limited cooking you are likely to do on a visit. We had to ask for toilet paper and dish washer tablets, because in fact our stay was longer than two days - you can read our review of our other three days at the hotel on this site, as well.

The location was good and the layout and idea of the room were great. The staff were very friendly and attentive and a short walk took you straight into the centre of Dijon, a fantastic place to explore.

The kitchen could have had a little more space, the bathroom was big so a little less space in there wouldn't have been missed. You couldn't really fit 2 pans on at the same time and there was no work space. Tried to cook a very simple meal but struggled. Great to have more than an average hotel room though. Some things were a little tired but on the whole, it was a good place to see Dijon from.

The property is modern and provides very good accommodation and kitchen facilities (for preparing simple and fast meals). There is air conditioning and a safe. WiFi was also very good. Comparing to other hotels in Dijon, the studios here are large enough for one or two persons. It is also relatively close to the tram station, which was important for me to be able to access rapidly the meetings place (business trip).

As it is an aparthotel, I have expected that there would be no cleaning during the entire stay. However, I did not expect to not receive more shampoo and toilet paper for a longer stay (9 days). I admit, I didn't ask for more at the reception, as it was no big deal.

Location great. Modern apartment. Breakfast included. Parking reasonable price 10 euro and secure underground. The apartment isn't serviced daily and my request for clean towels was accommodated

No toilet roll holder it had broken off. Breakfast adequate. Fruit was bruised could be fresher. Better signage in the actual egg basket to say eggs are not boiled! Assumed they were and cracked a raw egg on my plate. The carpets outside the rooms need a good vacuum and clean, get a hard life

We stayed overnight (late check-in and early checkout). The location is great as we were able to get to the city center in like 10 minutes. The underground parking that you have to book in advance is good, feels much safer than on the street. I also liked the 24/7 reception. The hotel is not brand new, but the room was clean with clean towels, clean toilets and a bath. We did not take the breakfast, we also did not use the wifi. My wife found a bakery near the hotel where they cook decent croissants. Great value for money we paid at booking.com.

As I said, the hotel feels a little bit "used".
