The comfortable bed, nice bed linen and very good breakfast. Monsieur allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. There were excellent quality facilities in the kitchen - everything you need. We recommend it 100%. We were able to walk around the corner to a great choice of shops, restaurants and bars.

The only thing that lets the place down is the outside area of the apartment. The garden needs attending to - there were a lot of weeds and it is a pity chairs, table and baby chair are being stored on what is potentially a lovely terrace. It is also sad that the neighbours house has a lot of rubbish at the front of it! This is the first thing you see when you arrive, and does not give a good impression.

A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful location. Franck is a warm and welcoming host for this quirky but characterful bed and breakfast in Nuit St Georges. Its very easy to find, just a few minutes from the motorway and close to the wine Caves, bars and restaurants of the village centre. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a fantastic bathroom - huge shower and double sink. Breakfast was simple but delightful, and included in the price (maybe add some fruit) And, if you're in to music then ask Franck to play his Hi-Fi for you. Its amazing!

We felt very welcomed by the host. Breakfast was good, we had some dietary restrictions that were met without any problem. There is limited parking in the yard in front of the building but there is a parking lot nearby in case it is full. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Initially there was a bit of odour coming from the pipes (shower) that was a bit unpleasant, bit like cooked cabbage, but after following the advice of letting the water run for awhile it disappeared completely.

Accommodation was exemplary, facilities first class, and Frank was super accommodating giving us ground floor accommodation. No air con, but actually very cool and we managed a good night's sleep even with a heat wave, Breakfast sat out on the terrace was lovely and only a short walk to the town centre, with a small park and fountain opposite. Plenty of easy parking.

Needs a relaxed approach to finding the accommodation and parking, as no big signs and a little bit confusing when working out how to get in pre 5pm, but no dramas. First restaurant we came to as you walk into town on your left was a tad anti English, so would give that one a swerve of you are from the UK and head a bit further in.

Lovely, very well equipped accommodation. warm welcome from the host. Perfect breakfast delivered to our accommodation by the host. Only a few minutes walk from centre of the town. Parking available.

It took us a few drive by’s before locating the entrance to the property. The access is on a junction but eventually we parked up and walked and found it. Entrance is opposite a park with a fountain, the accommodation sign has a red heart on it ❤️

Property is perfectly located in Nuits St. George. The host allowed us to store bicycles in a secure garage and ensured the rooms were at a comfortable temperature upon arrival which was amazing as we were biking through the area in July. Host had pitchers of ice cold water available as well. I would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast could have had a few more items but was sufficient.

The comfort of the facilities. The beds are comfy, the apartment is well arranged and handy. The style is really nice. The breakfast was really good with local products. The landlord is welcoming.

Not much to say in this section. On rare occasions we could hear a bit the neighbours. And to access the property, you need to pay attention to traffic.

This is a very lovely bed and breakfast. Our place was very clean and comforable, with a livingroom/kitchen on the ground and bedroom/bathroom upstairs. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, they lived in the building across from us and are a wonderful family always ready to help with anything. We were given a nice breakfast in the morning. They supplied a travel cot for our child which was helpful. There is parking in the courtyard outside the place. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice with great shower.

Gorgeous room in a lovely old French building, right near the (small) center of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Roomy and atmospheric, with modern furnishings.

It was very warm, which makes sense in summery France. There was air-conditioning on the top floor, but the unit was far too loud to keep turned on while sleeping, and the heat stored in the building made things quite uncomfortable. Would strongly benefit from a couple of quiet fans to get some airflow going.

It’s central location was excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The house itself was old and full of character. The breakfast was reasonable. The owner was very pleasant and friendly.

We discovered that several of the other rooms had air conditioning but it was our fault for not checking this when we booked our particular room. However as our room was a duplex it made up for the lack of air conditioning by being so spacious.
