Everything! This was our second overnight stay here. It is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the historic centre. Safe, easy parking is provided. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom and shower, too, were spacious, and toiletries and plenty of towels were provided. The owners were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. My husband is vegetarian, and one of the owners rang a local restaurant and arranged for the chef to cook a special main course for him. The breakfast at the hotel was copious and delicious. We're looking forward to our 3rd visit next week!

We were given a family suite comprising one room with a double and single bed plus a separate room with twin beds, and a shower room - so very spacious for the two of us! We had a wonderfully warm and helpful welcome from Reception. The secure car parking facility was excellent for our purposes, although care has to be taken when accessing through the narrow entrace. The breakfasts were very good and catered for every taste. There was an excellent choice to suit everyone. The Hotel is located close to the town centre so it is an ideal place to stay for easy access to places of interest, restaurants and shops.

The Hotel is situated on quite a busy road and the sound of traffic was rather disturbing during the night.

We wanted a place for a 1 night stopover in Beaune which would allow us to leave the car, close enough to explore the old town on foot and that was pet friendly. The Beaune Hotel fits the bill perfectly. It is a my idea of boutique hotel, with lovely friendly owners and staff.. The rooms are a little on the small side but comfortable and the bathroom was high quality.

The car parking garage was spacious but we came out in the morning to find our car covered in dust and wood shavings. Apparently above our allocated space there was a colony of carpenter bees which had been active during the night necessitating a bit of a car wash before we could continue our journey. Only our car appeared to have been in the line of fire. Luckily one member of staff was on hand with a sponge and bucket of water.

The room was well set up with a high quality modern bathroom. Beautiful hotel with well organised secure parking. Delicious breakfast.

The family room layout differed to what we were expecting, with a twin room and a double plus single bed rather than a double room and a room with three singles. Clearer explanation when booking or the option to specifically choose would have been better.

A good-sized room with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Each room downstairs has an outdoor table, which was lovely. The location was ideal. There was parking provided, which was a real bonus here. We could then leave the car behind and, within 10 minutes, we were in the main square, enjoying a glass of wine. Breakfast was extra and was self-service. A good mix of continental offerings at a reasonable price. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

We would have really appreciated some tea and coffee making facilities.

Although the room itself was basic and small it was very clean, with a comfy bed and good shower. The hotel was very accommodating of our infant child; the lady at the front desk was very helpful. A short walk into town and close to a Lidl too.

The additional surcharge of €5/day for parking seems cheeky, especially as when you do drive into your allocated space it’s already been labelled as reserved for you. Check out is at 11am but despite not having checked out the cleaner came into our room three times between 10am and 11am to try and start cleaning, waking our infant child.

Charming hotel and staff. The past reviews show that the official "2-star" rating is purely about the size of the hotel and facilities. This was better in all regards than some 4-star hotels. We drove Beaune for one night. This was a stopover on our way back to the UK. The first pleasant surprise was a large printout with our name behind one of the empty parking spaces. The manager spotted us driving through the courtyard and greeted us immediately. The courtyard itself is a very nice spot to relax with a drink. We had a family room, with another pleasant surprise; it had a separate bedroom for the kids and the doorway was surrounded by wisteria. Great buffet breakfast, including smoked salmon and soft boiled eggs. Lovely old town. We'll have to come back to the Beaune Hotel in the future to explore properly.

Perfect location, a short walk into the old town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern bedroom (with ac) and bathroom. Parking on site. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We often stay over in Beaune travelling to/from the South of France and normally stay in a 4 star hotel. was full on the date we required. Having read excellent reviews for Hotel Beaune we booked that and will definitely choose it again.

I stayed here before some time ago, and it was good then. Now the new owners have revamped it and it is even better. The work seems to have been done to a high standard and everything fits and works well. People were friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast was very good. Expansive parking garage. Just a short walk to Beaune centre. Good value and a very nice place to stay.

Very original and well kept hotel in a perfect position to reach the center of Beaune in a few minutes by walk. The room was nice, comfortable and clean; the breakfast very good and rich. There is also the opportunity to park the car in a wonderful garage. I also appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I think that the quality/price ratio is very good.
