A Very modern, clean and well catered hotel located right next to the heart or the town. Rooms were very modern, with good air conditioning and excellent tea/coffee facilities within the dining area throughout the day. Breakfast offered a large choice and all was good quality and very fresh. Staff were very freindly and helpful. Parking facilities were excellent offering a parking facility directly underneath the hotel at a reasonable price.

The Hotel Bar isnt really a bar as such and not cozy enough to call a bar.

Very pleasant staff. Location is excellent. Modern, IBIS-style room was clean and comfortable. Paid extra for a "privilege" room. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Great to have an underground car park (13 euros/night). Everything was in walking distance for us. Water dispenser at reception. Bar.

I missed being able to make a coffee in the room first thing in the morning. Powdered scrambled eggs (but you can have boiled eggs with your bacon or sausages instead).

We’ve stayed here several times because the hotel is in a brilliant location just outside the walls of the old town. The hotel is very clean and although the rooms are compact they have all you need. Breakfast was really good.

Like a lot of hotels since the pandemic, the mattress had a plastic cover which I found hot and uncomfortable. This was the only downside to our stay. I understand it is probably for hygiene but I wish hotels could stop doing this.

It was in a great location for walking into the town centre, only takes a few minutes. There is an underground car park and a lift to the rooms. (13 euros) Teas and coffee freely available all day in the seating/dining area. Very nice friendly staff. Pleased to see a good selection of gluten free options at breakfast. Slept well on a comfortable bed.

The air con was noisy, so we turned it off, but we had a window that opened. No kettle in the room.

It was not the first time we booked at the hotel, so we knew what to expect. Location is very good, Underground parking is of gold value as we did travel with 2 trikes and 2 motorcycles. Breakfast was more than OK. Staff was very help full and friendly.

I did take a long time to check in as there was only 1 person available. we arrived at +- 14.30 h at knew that check in was only from 15.00h on. But then the check-in line was more than 8 people and only 1 employé ( who did all he could) ? That could have been better.

Clean friendly hotel in an excellent location that suited our overnight stop when driving south. Excellent breakfast with nice touches like freshly squeezed orange juice.

Would have liked a kettle in the room though there were facilities in the reception area to make drinks. Car park access a bit confusing. Limited space outside to check in before someone opened car park.

Very convenient location close to main tourist attractions, yet easily accessible by car, with direct access to the hotel’s parking. Comfortable room and sufficient breakfast.

It is not possible to reserve a parking space, which was not a problem during my stay as there was plenty of availability, but it could be a minor inconvenience during very busy periods.

The location in the Centre of Beaune was fantastic Parking was very good though a bit of a tight squeeze as cars are getting bigger (not the hotels fault) Staff were terrific but I suspect a bit stretched trying to do the reception and serve at the bar in the evening Being able to buy a good glass of wine in an Ibis was fab.

the coffee served at breakfast was revolting - those machines really don't cut it. But never mind.

The hotel is so close to the town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with a good sized room. We really liked the closet storage with shelves. Every morning we started with a good breakfast. The best part of the breakfast was the fresh squeezed orange juice done on demand. Very delicious!

We really liked the property but just have a few suggestions: 1. Glass wine glasses in the room for us to sip our Burgundy wine. 2. A box of tissues would have been nice. 3. The AC seems to shut off at night so we found it was warm and stuffy in the morning.

The bed is always so comfortable, with lovely crisp sheets, a topper and comfortable pillows. The location is so good. If I want to, I can walk in to the centre very quickly and if I don’t want to walk far, there are two really good restaurants within two minutes walking. The breakfasts are really good and I appreciate the fresh scrambled eggs and especially the fresh orange juice. It also has secure parking.
