We stayed in the apartment which was well appointed, but attached to the side of the hotel so we had less contact with the main part of the hotel. The location was good. Easy access to the old town and to get onto the main roads.

While helpful , not all of our requests were acted on. Wanted two twin beds in one room and although noted, nothing happened. There is no room service for the apartment unless you pay extra, and a change of towels is extra. Given it was expensive accommodation and we did not experience this elsewhere I thought this was a bit shabby.

This is our 4th trip over the past 20 years, we extended our stay from 3 to 4 days. We brought our son and his wife they loved it and plan to return. This is the perfect Hotel for the experience of Burgundy shopping in the old town of Beaune for Americans. The staff bent over backwards to be accommodating especially Rabab Allaf at the front desk.

What could have been better? My French for sure

The staff were so helpful and the room was absolutely amazing. It was a junior suite and had two separate rooms plus a bathroom with 2 separate sinks. The parking was on site and even had our name on our parking stall. The location was excellent and it was a short walk to the old town with lots of shops and restaurants.

Everything was great , except we did not realize that if we didn't make a dinner reservation when we checked in , we would not be able to eat in the hotel dining room , so be sure to do that.

Arriving into a cool air-conditioned spacious front hall after a horrible hot journey. Very welcoming at the front desk. Then going up a beautiful old elevator to arrive in our bedroom which was laid out perfectly. So much more spacious than other Hotel rooms we’ve experienced in France. And the best part of it was the very good quality cotton bed linen.

Possible the beds could’ve been a tiny bit softer. Although very good quality bedlinen, the mattresses were a tiny bit hard.

The hotel is lovely and well worth staying in when in Beaune. The rooms are modern spacious and well appointed. Car parking was arranged for us in the garage at the rear of the property and even had our name on the space on arrival!

Unfortunately the hotel was having staffing problems during our stay and were unable to serve us a drink in the very nice bar. Not a problem though as there are many places nearby. The breakfast is quite expensive.

The front of house manager was polite, so relaxed and when I was leaving I had assumed that my booking was prepaid and was about to leave - when he checked and realised it hadn’t been so he smiled and calmly assured me that it would take just a moment- so charming - on another positive point the bar was manned by a young student from Tunisia - again so polite - he and I stumbled through a conversation in my poor French as he made me my G&T - he said he loved working at the hotel and it showed

Lovely hotel on "the ring" that runs around the edge of Beaune's Old Town, meaning it is only a short walk (5-7 minutes) to most sights and attractions. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a great night sleep.

The hotel has a garage for ~25 cars, but this can get full, so I would suggest contacting in advance to book if you need a space for your stay. While there is free parking outside for ~6 cars, this is for the whole town, not just hotel guests. We were lucky, and the hotel managed to organise a space for us despite us not having booked it in advance.

Stylish art deco vibe, close to Beaune centre and restaurants. Clean spacious room, and with good en-suite. Safe on site parking at 20 euros per night. Very welcoming to our dog - thank you.

Limited tea and coffee making facilities. English breakfast tea bag’s would be preferred rather than loose leaf teas without a teapot and strainer. Breakfast was adequate but at 20 euros a head a little expensive for self service.

Great location! Main attractions around the town are easily accessible via walking. Spacious garage which is great as having a car is very handy when exploring nearby vineyards. Thoughtful arrangement for our doggie - thank you for the biscuits! Apartment is very comfortable with abundantly equipped kitchenette - nice to buy a bottle or two and sample the local cheese and charcuterie at home.

It is a great hotel on the doorstep of the old town. Warm and friendly welcome, comfortable and good sized room with seperate toilet which is rare. Parking was at the hotel. Enjoyed a drink in the bar before a very quick stroll to town filled with shops and restaurants. Impossible to fault this absolutely gorgeous hotel. This hotel was a last-minute booking which exceeded our expectations.
