Excellent location close to the center of Beaune, ample private parking and a very reasonable rate. Room was small but perfectly adequate.

The rooms were lined up in a long row along the parking lot. To get to our room from the reception we had to walk along the parking lot or through a corridor that seemed endless. Since it is billed as a Best Western Hotel we expected the English of the front desk staff to be more easily understandable.

The location couldn't have been better. Just steps away from the center of Beaune and all it's historic charm. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff let me borrow a USB wall charger to charge my phone when it was almost dead.

The shower is very limited on space (I am 6'3"/190cm tall) and the showerhead wasn't able to attach to the pole as the connecting holder had broken, so I had to use a hair tie to secure it for me to bathe. This is an older building and the walls are thin, so hearing your neighbors is common.

A great location for visiting Beaune, easy walking distance to all the sights, the restaurants and shops. Very comfortable bed and the room was really clean. It does have a motel feel as the car park is right alongside the rooms, but it felt secure and was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A couple of hiccups at check in as we had booked and paid through Booking.com and the receptionist originally tried to charge us for the room. I think this was a genuine mistake but as with anywhere, it's worth checking the amount before you put in your pin number!

Stayed in this hotel for many years before Best Western took over. Love it - good location (5 minutes walk into Beaune Centre), good secure car parking, and breakfasts even better under BW than before. Kettle in room much appreciated, and bathrooms lovely. Thoroughly relieved that the hotel has only enhanced itself under new ownership and kept what was great.

Staff were incredibly helpful, finding us a late night dinner for hungry kids after long drive. Breakfast was tasty and a nice selection. Rooms were clean, but basic.

Walls were very thin for both rooms. We could hear every conversation on the other side. Late into the night unfortunately. For the price we would usually have a small fridge in room, but there really wasn’t any space for it. The noise was the biggest problem though.

Great location. 10 min walk from train 7 min to hospices hotel dieu. Supermarket and bio shop next door. Standard room. Super clean. Very comfortable. Windows open wide - good ventilation. Overlooking car park at back. Very quiet and peaceful good nights sleep. Corridor sound isolation seems good. Quiet neighbouring room but walls paper thin. Could easily hear so could be a problem with noisy folk. Luggage storage room available. Well managed. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again

The quality of the mattress was great, despite the king bed being two different mattresses put together. The access to the room is convenient and location is steps away from historical center, which make the 10-15 minute journey from the train station even more worth it.

Window gives directly on the hotel parking lot, which prevents some intimacy, but there not so much passage as it is a dead end.

Breakfast offered an excellent choice, and location was perfect for exploring centre and easy walking distance from station.

Choice of fresh fruit at breakfast - more variety would’ve been welcome. Space in room was limited, hooks for hanging coats outside hanging space would’ve helped congestion and opening of more than one case at a time. Larger bath towels required.

Location is 5 min walk to the old centre of Beaune. Private parking at the hotel.

The rooms are old and noisy. You can hear people next door talking. Breakfast is simple but oke. The dishes are sometimes not clean and the guests are taking the food by hand for example bread which is not nice.

Perfect location for for exploring Beaune. Rooms small but have everything you need for short stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom has walk-in shower cabinet. Reception staff very helpful. Secure parking. Adequate breakfast. All in all value for money.
