We were in Beaune for a week and were delighted by the chance to stay in a quite street in a traditional home, which can accommodate in separate facilities 2 doubles, each with a private modern bathroom, and one larger apartment with kitchen facilities which could accommodate a family. The is an open courtyard inside the building which provides a handsome place with tables and chairs where the breakfasts can doubtless be served, although we were there n March so the breakfasts were served in the owners dining area above the courtyard. Madame spears English well and does not hesitate to accommodate the guests. She walked with us to the huge Cité de Vin outside town because we were interested in it and she feared we might not be able to find it. On another day, she drove us in her personal car (our planned auto rental failed to materialize) up in the hills and found the two wineries that we wished to visit. The breakfasts were very good and provided an exceptional opportunity to plan our day. We were there for a week and were absolutely delighted with our stay.

Loved our stay at Marie's BnB!  She is so personable and helpful! She rented one of her bikes to me for 20€/day. She also let me drop my bags at the property before check in time and pick them after check out. Great help!  We enjoyed the breakfast of fresh coffee, croissants, bread, jams, granola, homemade yogurt. We payed 12€pp for the breakfast as we didn't book directly.  The is no air conditioning but I have to say that even though we were there during a heat wave (95-100f each day) the apartment didn't get too hot and the fans kept us cool enough at night.  Tips for travelers: Book directly with Marie, if you go through Booking.com you don't get breakfast included. Rate is better if you go directly. Also if you need wash and fold there is a dry cleaners (pressing) in town that can do that for 20€ per "bag" with a next day turn around time.

Didn't feel very private. Windows faced the shared property courtyard with Marie and other guests, and needed to be open for a breeze. I would have preferred air conditioning over the breeze. But this was only a minor preference consideration.

Perfect location in the heart of the village, take the train from Paris and enjoy the best wine region of France. Riding the bikes through the private vineyards to visit the many chateau’s was a highlight! Morning breakfast served in the charming courtyard is like a ferrytale, homemade apricot jam on freshly made warm crescents adds a delight to your breakfast ! The walkable town of Beaune with all its outdoor restaurants serving risotto’s and fresh caught fish of the day under the large lighted sycamore trees makes foe heartfelt and joyous moments

We only wish we could have planned to stay longer! Marie added so much to our enjoyment with morning conversation and discussions of her own travels around the world.

It is very pretty, all the rooms are different, Marie is very friendly and does a lovely breakfast. It was a bit chilly and she gave us a little heater and extra pillows. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The only parking is in the road and there are only a few places which were all occupied. There is a free public car park just round the corner but it is out of sight of the property.

We absolutely loved our stay with Marie and wish we could’ve spent more time there! The property was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very sweet to get to know as well as helpful. Additionally her massage is awesome!

It had charm in contrast with many hotel properties. It was like a hidden gem; once inside the door one could see the lovely garden with its large olive tree. Marie was a delight, so helpful and cheery.

A ceiling fan would have been helpful (we couldn’t get the table fan to work).

Good location for exploring the old city. Free parking nearby. Hostess is very welcoming and gave us a large, home prepared breakfast in the courtyard, with a great chance to talk to other guests. On her and their recommendation, we visited the Hotel de Ville hospital.

It was a traditional home in a really good location. It was closer to town yet in a quiet street. The room was charming as was the internal courtyard. The bed was super comfy and everything was spotless. Marie was a very friendly and welcoming host with great tips for our onward journey and we really enjoyed meeting and chatting to her.

If you book through booking.com breakfast is extra but if you book direct breakfast is free. WiFi does not work in the annex and the kitchen has no oven.

In a very good area, very nicely decorated with a lovely garden to sit in and a kettle and cups. Lovely breakfast provided for 11€ each. There were several nice restaurants within five minutes walk. The owner was cheerful and helpful.

The only parking is on the street, but there was a space fortunately.
