The courtyard and room looking over it was nothing short of magical, with the sculptures and tiled roof. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

As a very old building, there wasn't an elevator, which was fine for us, but could be a challenge. The breakfast was delicious, but limited like many in Europe.

The property is like stepping back in time, with so much charm and integrating modern comfort at the same time. The room was fabulous, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is huge and well appointed. I particularly liked the fact that all the products offered in the room were Clarins!! Everything from the sheets to the towels are personalised, and this a had a real feel of luxury. Special thanks to Arnaud at reception as well. Perfect location to explore the town and neighbouring wineries.

The only thing that was a problem was the unreliability of wifi and the only reason we didn’t score it a 10.

The hotel's garden and breakfast experience were truly remarkable. Our room was specious and quite, the beds very comfortable. The staff very friendly. I recommend Les Lemparts very much!

The breakfast did not meet my expectation. There was no choice of cheese or nuts. The pancake were tasteless and cold. The coffee was not good. But the baggette and croissant were best!

We arrived earlier than check in but we were lucky that our room was all ready for us. It was perfect. We walked through the cool courtyard then up some ancient spiral steps to our room. Beautifully decorated, huge and extremely comfy bed with crisp linen, air conditioning (needed as it was 35 degrees outside!), and a fabulous bathroom. Large windows overlooked the courtyard and the whole room felt instantly relaxing. We parked on the street outside which you need to pay for. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best we had had all during our holiday. We were lucky enough to sit outside in the courtyard and enjoyed, croissant, pain au chocolat, eggs, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, cheese, bread. Amazing! The whole experience was one of relaxation, tranquility and it is located just a short walk in to the centre. The stafff were so friendly and proffesional - we wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended

Nothing it was perfect!

Very charming property full of character and lovely room and great bed. The informality of drinks/breakfast in the courtyard suited the property perfectly. Overall feels like staying at friends very nice house. Helpful staff, good meal recommendation and Beaune is wonderful.

Parking was metered on the street, although spaces just outside the door and not a problem for us so just mentioning in case this is a concern. We loved the higgledy piggledy character of the building but may not suit someone with limited mobility. Would definitely stay again!

Superb, atmospheric hotel situated on a quiet street just 5 mins walk from Beaune centre (in one direction) and the busting Rue du Faubourg in the other. Sympathetically renovated and modernised old town house. The rooms are generously proportioned, the en-suite bathrooms spacious and ultra modern and the bed (and linens) very comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard, under the trees was charming. You couldn't ask for a nicer place in a better location - so convenient for everything in Beaune.

Really nice, helpful staff. Good location in a quiet Beaune street. A hotel with a day lounge - you don’t find many of those any more unfortunately . Comfortable room (but a bit gloomy), with excellent bathroom. Informality.

Breakfast was unexceptional and inefficient. We suggest focus on a good, simple cold buffet (French style), and ditch the cooked food options. And (sorry) the coffee was truly horrible.

The ancient hotel maintained to an impeccable standard of comfort and cleanliness. A short walk from the historic hospice (the audio tour is very good) and convenient parking. Best part of the stay was the exquisite linnen.

The soundproofing between floors is not great - can hear the couple upstairs; the mini bar is overpriced and the tea and coffee facilities in the room were not stocked up- only two strange tea bags ( green tea and earl grey) and two coffee pods, no milk

An interesting building which added to its character. As we went out of season it was not very busy. The room was very comfortable. The staff were also friendly. It is also only a short walk into the centre of Beaune where there are lots of restaurants.

We thought the breakfast was a bit pricey at €25 per person, so we walked into the town and had a good breakfast at a fraction of the cost.
