This property is only 3* however the fittings and service are of much higher standard. We stayed only 1 night on the way from south of France back home to north, so location not too far from the main highway was the main reason we selected to stay here. Staff are super nice and went out of their way to assist. Dogs are welcome. Property is lovingly renovated and managed, with beautiful surrounding greenery. We had a large super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Property doesn't have dinner service, but they pro-actively informed us and reserved available restaurant in the area, which was really nice experience too. There is plenty of free parking which is always a bonus, when travelling with fully loaded car. There are few wine stores in the village and overall the vineyards vista around is just gorgeous. Loved our stay and will come again.

We stayed in a deluxe room on ground floor with direct access outside for our old dog. Room was exceptional, all new, and fitted out to a very high standard. Very comfortable bed, dog friendly. The staff booked our restaurant for dinner, just next door where we have a lovely wholesome dinner, also dog friendly. The grounds are beautifully planted, just a great place to stay in the wine country. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast very good.

My husband and I recently spent a night at this lovely hotel. We planned to stay for one night, and extended it to four nights. We didn’t want to leave. The room was lovely, high-quality amenities, shampoos, etc.. The bed was so comfortable, and it was very quiet - perfectly relaxing. The lobby is charming and has coffee and breakfast available every morning. There is also a bar for cocktails that is open for cocktail hour. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to some of the best vineyards in Burgundy (in the world for that matter). There is not a restaurant in the hotel, but there are several wonderful restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking at the hotel And the staff was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Liza!

Very light, comfortable room with a beautiful bathroom, a lovely view of the courtyard and pool, delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. On site parking. The hotel does not have restaurant but there is a super restaurant next door.

There was a fairly old staircase up to our first floor bedroom. If you are not keen on stairs I would ask for a ground floor room.

A super hotel. The room we stayed in was excellent. Modern, extremely clean and very comfortable with air conditioning. The pool area was also clean and pleasant. The staff were extremely helpful and always on hand.

Limited food but not an issue as the property next door is a restaurant. The food and staff were also very good.

Our family room had sofa bed next to main bed rather than slightly separate - not big deal but some of the photos on booking.com showed family rooms with a slight partition wall which is nice when sharing with your 12 year old to give everyone a little space

Convenient peaceful location with secure parking This was our third one night stay en route through France We love the renovated accommodation and proximity to the famous wine domains Delicious breakfast buffet and the best coffee ever brewed in a machine The cheeses were excellent Could we have more fresh fruit and some maize corn flakes please Unfortunately I am sensitive to wheat and could not eat the lovely fresh bread and pastries provided

We had to remove winter- weight duvet from the otherwise lovely comfortable bed In mid summer a sheet and light blanket works for us and we prefer not to use the climatisation when you can open the windows!

Loved the room, and whilst I don't usually like AC on this occasion the temperature in Vougeot was so high it was a godsend. Parking was secure. Bed very comfortable and walk-in shower lovely.

I thought the croissants at breakfast were disappointing (not the small size but the texture and taste suggested they werent fresh). The wifi in the pool area and outside generally often didn't work.

It’s a beautiful spot in a lovely little village. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff could not have been more helpful. We were contacted by the hotel owner to ask if we would like them to book us a restaurant as they may all be booked up on a Saturday night. This was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. Our dog also had an accident on the room after a long drive that day. The team were very understanding and changed the sheets for us with no fuss.

Lovely room. Lovely property with great car park. Nothing to do there bar cycle or visit wine Caves. Tasting quite expensive locally ... 24 per person for a drop.of wine! Nice for 1or 2 nights max, but very quiet..

Just nothing open around there. Not even a bakery. It's too quiet. Bar closes at 8pm! Lady who manages place is lovely. Taxi to Gevry which is 6km away was 30 euro. Feels too expensive..
