The comfortable bed, nice bed linen and very good breakfast. Monsieur allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. There were excellent quality facilities in the kitchen - everything you need. We recommend it 100%. We were able to walk around the corner to a great choice of shops, restaurants and bars.

The only thing that lets the place down is the outside area of the apartment. The garden needs attending to - there were a lot of weeds and it is a pity chairs, table and baby chair are being stored on what is potentially a lovely terrace. It is also sad that the neighbours house has a lot of rubbish at the front of it! This is the first thing you see when you arrive, and does not give a good impression.

Accommodation was exemplary, facilities first class, and Frank was super accommodating giving us ground floor accommodation. No air con, but actually very cool and we managed a good night's sleep even with a heat wave, Breakfast sat out on the terrace was lovely and only a short walk to the town centre, with a small park and fountain opposite. Plenty of easy parking.

Needs a relaxed approach to finding the accommodation and parking, as no big signs and a little bit confusing when working out how to get in pre 5pm, but no dramas. First restaurant we came to as you walk into town on your left was a tad anti English, so would give that one a swerve of you are from the UK and head a bit further in.

This is a very lovely bed and breakfast. Our place was very clean and comforable, with a livingroom/kitchen on the ground and bedroom/bathroom upstairs. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, they lived in the building across from us and are a wonderful family always ready to help with anything. We were given a nice breakfast in the morning. They supplied a travel cot for our child which was helpful. There is parking in the courtyard outside the place. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice with great shower.

Gorgeous room in a lovely old French building, right near the (small) center of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Roomy and atmospheric, with modern furnishings.

It was very warm, which makes sense in summery France. There was air-conditioning on the top floor, but the unit was far too loud to keep turned on while sleeping, and the heat stored in the building made things quite uncomfortable. Would strongly benefit from a couple of quiet fans to get some airflow going.

It’s central location was excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The house itself was old and full of character. The breakfast was reasonable. The owner was very pleasant and friendly.

We discovered that several of the other rooms had air conditioning but it was our fault for not checking this when we booked our particular room. However as our room was a duplex it made up for the lack of air conditioning by being so spacious.

Extremely nice staff, parking place, well equipped appartment with outside seating. Nice breakfast every morning. Walking distance to the city center and to the imaginarium. We had a wonderful stop over weekend in this apartment!

Breakfast was excellent.

For an older visitor the stairs were quite steep without a handrail. The floor of the shower was very slippy, like glass. Not too good when one is a bit unsteady.

Franck was an excellent host and the property was amazingly clean and a fabulous shower. Breakfast was great and franck was very welcoming

Parking at the property as there was no space so had to find a place bearby which Franck helped with and also came to help us unload the car. This was the only thing but wasn’t a problem

Central location in Nuits Saint Georges is handy to local restaurants. One day we hiked through vineyards to nearby Chateau Clos du Vougeot for lunch--very nice. Host was responsive and friendly. Room was quiet and clean, all facilities in our unit worked well (kitchen, coffee maker, laundry, hot shower).

Hard to find anything negative--maybe a softer bath towel? But must say the bath towel warmer was a "plus".

Excellent stay. We were warmly welcomed and shown an excellent well appointed room. Good bed, great shower and good breakfast. We will visit here again when we pass through Nuits St Georges
