The location is good if you want to stop your car at the outskirts of Dijon, but not in walking distance from anything. Good as a Bed and Breakfast hotel, where you do not plan to stay in the hotel much. Parking available at no cost. Clean rooms, relatively comfortable beds, small TV, and good bathroom.

Parking is available, but instructions from hotel staff were unclear about where to park and there are no security cameras or guards watching the car parking area. Could park at gravel area right next to the hotel or enter a paved parking area behind the hotel. Parking garage under the building not available to the hotel guests. The hotel building is behind an office building, so dragging the suitcases up and down stairs is needed. The breakfast is very limited in selections, could be improved with a bit more stuff. The hotel rooms are rather small which is fine if you only plan on sleeping there and not stay in the room for long otherwise.

Perfect for a quick stay when on the road. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything we needed in our room.

We arrived at 10:30pm and there was a huge queue to use the self-check in kisok. Took around 45 mins to finally get to our turn and get into our room. I'd recommend staff being around later than 10pm and more kiosks.

stayed at b&b in multiple cities. consistently exceeding expectations, the staff are AWESOME, the room and private bathroom are so clean, parking is free, checkin and checkout are smooth, support is great. I always book b&b when it's available at my destination. because i know it's going to be with zero isses. i highly recommend them.

not the fault of the hotel, but the location is a little remote. we had a car so zero problem, but i imagine travelers on foot will have an issue.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to mention how wonderful one of the male staff members was during our stay .Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he was incredibly helpful and smiling. He arranged an early check-in for us and was attentive and kind during breakfast service. His professionalism and warmth really made a difference. Thank you!

We had no fridge or kettle in the room we booked.. and two sets of stairs to access main door ...

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast choice. Very clean. Also a very comfortable & spacious bed, as well as a spacious room & good sized bathroom & shower. Finally, there is a very welcome tramway stop nearby :)

Nearby building works at the moment, but seemingly making good progress. They spoil the outside look a little, but the hotel is very pleasant inside, with a light, spacious & modern feel.

Modern and new, parking lot seemed quite safe, although not secured. Nice room.

No fridge in the room, breakfast was not great (mushy scrambled eggs, not a lot of choice, no fresh juice, but from a pack).. Girl at reception wasn’t cordial, seemed bored and a bit annoyed; good be a little more welcoming.

first time trying B&B chain and we are not disappointed, a really modern , clean , and well equipped Hotel . very comfortable rooms , loved the fact I could actually have the window wide open , the shower was great , the breakfast buffet had a really good selection of everything you could need , I can’t fault it and it’s nice and near the motorway for quickly back on the road . check out the massive primark and carefour if you have time 👍

We arrived late (past midnight) due to delays at the channel tunnel and road traffic. Messaged the staff. They sent us the access code for our rooms. Worked well for us on this occasion to not need room keys. We had a roof box so couldn't use the underground carpark. But there were plenty of free parking outside.

This is a new hotel in an out of town location. It was an overnight stopover for us travelling back to the UK from Italy and was easily accessed from Dijon’s circular road. All we needed was a bed for the night and it was perfect for that. It is a budget, low cost model hotel, but it was very clean and very comfortable all the same. Great for an overnight stopover if travelling by car or travelling on business to this part of Dijon, but there’s not much in the area if you’re looking for a restaurant or bar.

The area is still a building site, but the hotel is finished and seemed fully operational.
