This is absolutely a fantastic stay. The place is next to a shopping mall with restaurants. Either you have breakfast here or at the mall. Breakfast has good selections. Staff are amazing from start to finish and manager is very welcoming too. Even during breakfast staff are all attentive and very respectful.Bonus has got sauna and steam room with small gym & pool. Parking is plenty too for free. We had an incident prior leaving we lost my hubby's wallet, we check but probably not thoroughly as we were needing to leave for our next destination and we reported and they actioned immediately. What are the odds they found it after a few days they called me back in UK and now they sent me an email for an update for the postage of it. How amazing this is above and beyond. To all of you staff involved, our heartfelt thanks and you all made a difference, superb customer service. Hence this is the ki d of hotel you want to keep coming back to. I recommend highly eventhough I don't speak French they have staff who can speak English well. So it's a 10/10 for our stay.

The hotel fullfill all our expectations for us due we use the hotel as one night stop for a long trip. The rooms were confortable specially for my father due he has mobility issues and we got a great room to keep him confortable. The restaurant at the hotel was also one of the highligths due we took diner. The major highlight of the hotel is their staff during the dinner and the breakfast they were super frienly and ready to fullfill all ours requests which is great when you travel with kids and old people due they always have special needs.

I will challenge the hotel in the cleanliness, some parts of the hotel were looking a little bit dirty, my guess is the high volume of tourist just passing by due we are on summer season.

What is there not to like about this property? huge car park, which is good for people that need parking . The staff at check-in and breakfast were superb. The room itself is large with all the commodities you could need. Directly next door is a huge shopping centre with supermarket, eateries and everything that you could need. Opposite the hotel is a tram stop where you can buy a ticket for €1.70 which last an hour and it will take you to the centre of Dijon on the T2 line same cost to return. Also in Dijon, you will find an electric bus which is free and travels from one side to the other making it easier to sightsee.

Location was great - a 5 minute drive from the centre of Dijon or the tram was 12 minutes - the stop is right outside the hotel but you don't hear it in the rooms or hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. Dijon was amazing - from the cathedral to the old streets full of cafe's, restaurants and authentic delicatessens

The restaurant in the hotel seemed to be very small portioned and appeared expensive for what you got BUT we did not eat here. There is however a selection of restaurants in walking distance that you could use. It was about 25 minutes away from the motorway but we anticipated this

Well looked after hotel. The restaurant was great for a family and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was large (king family suite) and the children loved the ‘disco bath’. Breakfast was also good.

The pull out sofa bed had the hard metal frame exposed and it had a lot of sharp edges. I used the spare bath robes and towels to cushion it, so my young children could avoid getting hurt. We could have done with extra pillows as standard in the room.(I likely could have asked reception for more, but there was only one lady in the desk and she was very stretched with people checking in). There was no hairdryer. I did ask at reception in the end, and they insisted there should be one attached to the wall(there definitely wasn’t). I would still return though, it was a conveniently located place to stay on the way to the mountains and overall it was a good stay.

The location is great, the tram directly outside the hotel gets you into the city in 10 minutes for 1.70€. The shopping centre next door has some good bars and restaurants, which are reasonably priced (see the negative), and of course shops (if that's your thing). It's a great location for a one or two night stopover when driving to the Alps etc.

The prices in the bar are outrageous... 10€ for a large beer, when the bar next door is selling better beer for 6.50€, is taking hotel prices to a new extreme, and it's the same on all drinks.

Straight off the motorway. All staff very professional and helpful. This hotel is our halfway stop to the Ferry. It is amazing! Gorgous bathrooms and bedding. Resturante in hotel along with swimming pool and spa facility’s. Lots of areas to walk you dog. Breakfast was amazing. Next to hotel is five Guys, KFC and 2 other wonderful hotels. Shopping center also there but didn’t go in but did notice a Pull and Bear.

Nothing! This hotel is the only one we will use for our travels to the Ferry.

Lovely room with very comfy bed and excellent breakfast. What was a real bonus was the very well located small swimming pool, which was heated!!! and like getting into a warm bath, which was very relaxing after a long drive. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. The staff were very helpful especially helping us with speaking to a vet for our dog, which they did not need to do but offered to talk with them as we had a language problem.

Limiting the amount of people around the pool is a very good idea for many reasons, which safety would be number one I am sure. However this does need to be policed as people would just keep arriving or staying far longer than was fair, although how the hotel would manage this during busy periods would not be easy.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Room was good for our one night stop over. Great location with food outlets nextdoor and tram stop outside to allow us quick and easy access to Dijon city centre.

The morning breakfast was like the wild west when it opened at 8am. busy and tight spaces to negotiate with other guests, kids and plates. My kid found it too overwhelming. Give it at an hour and it was much better. The pool was small.

Myself and my family had a great stay on the hotel were we enjoy a lot the restaurant during our dinner and the breakfast. Also with my wife I had the oportunity to try the sauna and was perfect to get the relaxation we need after a long road trip in our way to Brussels.

I will challange the cleaninless of the common areas of the hotel. In this stay the carpet on the way of the rooms were not clean as expected for this kind of hotel.
