Cozy, comfortable room, recently refurbished - good bed. Helpful, friendly staff on reception. Good breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening - it's not for everyday dining, but for a special evening it was outstanding. Perfect cooking, careful. attentive, unobtrusive service, serious wine list.

Car park is a bit cramped, but no more so than many city centre hotels with parking underneath the building. We were lucky to get a space when arriving at 18.30.

The design room was more expensive but better.

There was no coffee machine for a room that was more than 140€ a night. No snacks in the fridge. Also as I arrived late midday for work, there was no option to eat anything on a Sunday. No coffee milk in the room. The ironing board I requested was too small to iron work clothes. The gyms equipment were a bit average.

Very comfortable room. Very quiet, clean and cozy . The bedding was comfortable. Had a coffee machine and necessary amenities. However, the aircon in our room was not cooling enough and we had to open the windows at night. The place is just opposite the tramway and walking distance to the main train station and most other places. (Just a suggestion - do try the amazing food at center kebab at foch gare tram stop)

Location is great, easy to get to from the autoroute yet within walking distance to the city centre with lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bar/terrace has comfy seating and good service along with a brilliant wine list... we enjoyed a bottle while sat on the terrace. Parking is under the hotel and while the car park is tight we had no issues.

very clean, modern, great food and I really appreciated the water dispenser in the hallway. The garage and charging were also great!

The outside was showing its age a bit. The location was very good, and fully acceptable, but only just shy of a ten due to its surroundings. Would still come back and also recommend it!

Fantastic from office staff - made restaurant bookings for us, called taxis, helped out with maps, supermarket locations, very nice people indeed. Particularly Ms. Marion and Ms. Ouzna. we drove in from Beaune and parked at the facility - its very centrally located. we found our original booking a bit small and asked for an upgrade - it was immediate and at a small increment. highly recommend their suite.

I thought overall the rooms were expensive, parking was an extra €15 a night , the evening restaurant was also expensive and limited to my taste, €20 breakfast was not included and so did not stay for it

The staff was friendly and professional. There is parking on premises, easily accessible to the hotel. The property is situated at the edge of the old town and is easy to drive to. Very clean and comfortable.

Not much at all. The only constructive note would be that the breakfast wasn’t fully refreshed even though it wasn’t very busy, however we found everything we were looking for.

The bed was supper comfortable, the show was great too. Room was quiet and overlooked pool. Show was good.

Paper cups for tea & coffee and in bathroom. Bathroom cups not replaced each day although used. Bottled water was appreciated but only for on arrival. It would be better if acrylic or glass cups provided for bathroom and porcelain cups for tea & coffee. The paper cups are useless for hot beverages. Toiletries provided were lacking a bit.

Excellent to find 7Kw electric car charge points. We particularly liked the funky styling of the basement parking area too. Room was good, Nice to see fridge in room plus a safe. We returned here a week later on the way home.

Would have been nice to have had a bath, but overall excellent.
