The location is fantastic. It over looks the river and some lovely countryside. The welcome at check in was great. The room was good. It was on the ground floor, and the back door led out to a little patio area at the back where we could sit and admire the view. The food was fantastic.

It's a little weird that the glass back door out to the lawns only has a see through curtain in front of it. Luckily we stayed in late autumn and the hotel wasn't busy, but there are easy chairs out on those lawns and I can imagine in summer people are out there enjoying the late evening sunshine. Therefore, if you have the lights on in your room there is no privacy.

The staff were extremely helpful, both with information and luggage. A wonderful place to relax after our day tours. Beautiful property.

The hotel did provide one dining option-its own restaurant. It was good but choices were very limited and one had to decide on a dinner option prior to the meal as it was being prepared off site. The nearest town with restaurants is Dinan, which took us about 30 minutes to drive.

Peaceful situation, beautiful countryside and very handy to get to Dinard and Dinan, also easy access to the ferry at St Malo. Staff very helpful, we had the terrace to ourselves and an evening meal of cheese, charcuterie and wine, with gf bread as requested. Breakfast was really good, a nice selection of local produce. This would be a lovely place for a wedding party.

It was a bit hot and stuffy in the room due to the outside temperature and no air conditioning. The bed was not very comfortable. It would have been nice if even just one of the freshly baked breakfast cakes could have been made gluten free so that we could have tried it! We did request gf breakfast but that message didn't seem to have been taken on board. That being said there were plenty of other choices.

It's 19 rooms. Old Manor. Family run. Convenient free parking. They have electric vehicle charging. Breakfast €17 per head we did not partake. Our room faced river. Moon shine at night. Sunrise morning.

We arrived 24 hours late. Flight was cancel from London Gatwick to Rennes by Easyjet. We try to reschedule from four nights to three nights but was rejected. So we still pay as original booking.

A very beautiful property! About a 30 minute drive to Mont St. Michel, and also close to Dinan (nice historic district, good shopping & restaurants). Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some leftover food from staying in a house, and they heated it up for us so we could eat dinner - very much appreciated! We had a room for 3 with a larger bed downstairs for 2 people and a loft overhead for 1. Convenient for older children who can climb safely into a loft. Free parking at hotel. Rooms were very clean and quiet.

Alas we had cool rainy weather our entire stay, and did not get to go out and enjoy the trails as we had hoped to do. This was the priciest place that we stayed at, but it is a lovely property.

The breakfast was excellent with delicious options. The dining room was very nicely decorated. The Manoir is situated in beautiful countryside. It was easy to take a beautiful stroll through the landscape with good views of the water. The family that runs the Manoir is very kind to the visitors.

The Wifi is unreliable. (Makes it easier to appreciate the location). Breakfast could start earlier than 8:30. The Manoir is far from restaurants, grocery stores so food options for dinner are limited unless you drive to Dinan.

This is the most beautiful, relaxing location ever. What a gem! The owners are also extremely accommodating - we were able to have a lovely and very delicious dinner and gorgeous wine on our little terrace overlooking the bay. They brought us blankets, light and did everything in their power to make everything perfect! The breakfast is amazing full of regional, seasonal and self-made foods ensuring there is something for everyone. Definite recommend for anyone looking for something off unique!

Beautiful location with amazing views. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and we had a small private terrace at the rear, where we had the option of having our evening meal served. The staff could not have done more to look after us, they helped us out with our French and spoke some English when we got stuck! The evening meal and breakfast were delicious; we were given plenty to eat.

Really can't think of anything to put here.

The room layout (curtained wall between bedroom & living room, large bathroom/shower). Beautiful porch & open space outside. Wonderful breakfast, including fresh baked pastries. Pleasant staff. Lots of free parking.

Internet wasn't consistently reliable inside our room, though could be accessed closer to lobby. Would have liked more outlets or USB's to recharge phones/devices. Power went out twice during our stay. Unable to access beverages on offer in lobby. The price seemed a bit high.

The breakfast room was a real treat. I have travelled a lot and never seen such a variety of fabulous breads, cakes, jams, and fruits plus all the usual offers and a few I was not expecting. All fresh and interesting. Great Job. Pity there was no evening restaurant, but if we had stayed longer the pre-ordered trays looked excellent, and besides, there were restaurants all along the Rance anyway.
