Love the location and parking within intra muros. So convenient! You are right in the thick of it Also friendly helpful staff. Great coffee machine and toiletries etc. This is our second stay

We stayed for one night at the end of a busy holiday and a busy day in St.Malo, so with two exhausted children we had food in the room in the evening and wanted to let them watch a little TV and relax, but unfortunately the TV is not connected to the internet despite having apps you can see on it like Netflix, Disney etc. We checked this with Reception too. Only French TV, which is disappointing for the price you pay for a family room. Modern hotels usually have TVs with internet access. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast room looked lovely.

Everything was brilliant i cant wait to return as i couldnt fault it. The staff were really the stand out. So kind helpful and it made for a great stay.

This is really minor and not a complaint really but as we all know cars and parking are always a pain and its a walled city with carparks and the hotel had there own so this was great,if this was perhaps £10 a night Rather than £30 it would take the sting out if we wanted to stay for 3-4 nights you do have to put the car into the budget where ever we stay nowadays especially saint-malo. Free parking would make this place outstanding..

So central, big rooms with a nice comfy bed and shower/bath. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - thank you!

It was a bit warm at night, I opened a window in the end but then there was noise from outside. The hotel parking is very difficult to access, we ended up opting for public parking (cheaper but not always guaranteed a space). Try the Saint Vincent underground

Wow! The location, it’s just a stunning place, it’s a lovely little hotel, very clean, just what you needed for a short stay, very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend it.

Not a big issue but because the toilet in our room was separate from the bathroom, it could use some hand gel maybe because there’s no sink to wash your hands, but apart from that a perfect little place to stay.

Very comfy beds, very clean. Great breakfast and location.

We had to wait 30-45min for our rooms to be ready (arrived at 15h40), after cycling under rain and not offered a drink in the bar, we had to pay for it, and no apology that the room wasn't ready when it says 15h check in. Also had a broken toilet seat that scratched the butt and told at checkout, same didn't really apologise or offer anything. Wifi in room 2 disconnects the whole time, not very nice when on abroad phone plan.

Staying in the heart of the city with everything nearby. Garage facility was super helpful but you must book in advance. Hotel staff and service was excellent as was the superbe breakfast with lots of variety .. and delicious local food. Room great and the bathroom was very modern and well set up.

Tea and coffee facilities could have been more generous in the room .

This hotel is well located within the walls and easy reach of the restaurants and shops as well as the beach. It is helpful that you can book to park in an enclosed carpark. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast was delicious and best of all, the staff were charming and very helpful.

I am walking disabled and was impressed by the facilities in the disabled room. Presumably there is just one such room at the hotel, and it is stuck at the back a bit, but is well-equipped. The hotel itself was in the perfect location, with a creperie exactly opposite, plus a wealth of other restaurants within a few hundred yards. The staff were helpful, when I asked them to order a taxi for me.

The breakfast was nothing special.

The hotel location was very good for what we needed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Covered parking was a good thing but was expensive.

Room wasn't ready when we checked in 1.5 hours after check in time. Room keys didn't work. We had to return to reception to change them. Private parking was a bit tight and I felt it was expensive.

The hotel is extremely well located and comfortable. Provides a very good breakfast. Staff are very accommodating

I was required to pay an extra charge for a triple room, supposedly for cleaning, whereas I booked and paid for a triple room via Booking.com. I was not happy about this extra charge as I had already paid the advertised rate for the room in question. While the extra charge was not excessive the issue left a bad impression.
