The room was a good size, well appointed and very clean. The TV has English programmes. It also had a balcony with a view toward the harbour. Depending on your request and availability, they have balconies at the front overlooking the beach. Its a 20 minute walk to the restaurants in Intramuros which makes for a pleasant evening stroll. Parking is onsite although is chargeable (usual for most hotels). There is a SPA, but we did not utilise. Breakfast is sufficient and closes at 10:00. When checking in, the guy on the front desk was very helpful and gave suggestions for local attractions and good restaurants. We visited a couple of places suggested and he was right. All in all a very nice few days away hotel experience.

Nothing really, all was as you would expect.

We have stayed at this hotel previously, it was good then and even better now. The room we had was very large, sea view and quiet. We were on the second floor but we still used the lifts which were very prompt. The room was always cleaned when we came back to the hotel.

There was nothing I did not like. The staff were always pleasant and made us feel welcome. We will certainly go back to this hotel again. St. Malo is a beautiful place to visit with an old town and a very long sea front.

Excellent top floor room with view front/side balcony. Comfy king bed. Good size bathroom. Parking underground with elevator. Front desk was efficient and friendly.

The first 2 nights cleaning was top notch, however on the last night all of our personal items from the bathroom disappeared (we did not find this out until the morning we were leaving). When we arrived in Paris later in the day we were told they located our items and had them shipped to our hotel in Paris. The hotel took care of this efficiently so we were pleased with their follow-up and eventual return of items.

Check-in staff were vey welcoming. Our room was excellent. The pool was exactly what I needed after 10 days on the back of a motorcycle. The proximity to the walled town of St. Malo was just right. The view from our room of the beach was perfect. We ate out as the hotel restaurant was fully booked; the check-in Ilysses went out of his way to find us somewhere close by. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations and I particularly commend all the staff.

It may not be popular in France but a casual eating option in the bar would be a bonus for those who cannot face another big meal in the evening.

The reception staff and area, lifts were prompt, lovely carpets in the corridors which were wide and well lit. Beautiful bedroom which had all the facilities, balcony, double glazing thick night curtains. modern bathroom, seperate loo. Plenty of wardrobe space. In fact everything was perfect and we will, if we can, go back to this lovely, well run and maintained hotel.

There was nothing we did not like. Windows in the bar looking out into the bay and even a piano player. It could not have been better!! Antonni & staff in the bar were excellent and spoke very good english.

This is why I did not rate the hotel, excellent. The breakfast was really disappointing – again. For an establishment of this stature and charging the prices they do, it is simply unacceptable to serve microwaved scrambled eggs to guests. I tried to boil a couple of eggs instead, and after five minutes one was raw, still. For the money they charge, there should be a much wider choice, and some healthy options, too. I shall not be staying there for breakfast again.

Really well located in relation to the original walled city of Saint Malo. Very clean room, very well appointed and nicely warm (it was cold outside!). Right on the sea front with beautiful walks in either directions show casing the very best of Saint Malo.

Nothing! It was everything we expected and the staff very helpful and obliging.

The hotel is well sited close to the city walls of St Malo, with good parking and a very short drive to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The food in the restaurant was good and the service efficient.

Very little. The room smelt somewhat of new carpet.

The fact that we were unable to get a reservation in the restaurant any of the four nights we stayed at the hotel. We were never told when we arrived at the hotel that the restaurant gets booked up quickly.

Nithing - all god - We did not get opportunity to dine with you as dinber was fully booked - Maybe if you have large groups staying - letting other guests dine in the bar area would be helpful.
