What a fantastic special treat to stay here. Thank you so much for having us with great hospitality. We hope to come back many times to stay with you. Everything was a 1o, the only reason for a 9 was that no one responded on having a kettle and no one offered to help me with a dislocated shoulder with the luggage. The breakfast was delicious and run by such a lovely friendly staff. The room was filled with lovely views and very clean. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a magnificent view with clean and comfortable facilities. Thank you very much.

Location and view fabulous. Terrace from rooms overlooking the beach--couldn't have asked for better.

Room was comfortable and nice but very small. The worst thing was our experience at check-out. Our traveling companion did not realize that our payment for both rooms was already charged to my account. The desk clerk didn't bother to check and took a duplicate payment from him for his room. When i arrived at desk, realized the error, and spoke to the desk clerk, she said it was not possible to reverse the charge immediately and that they would refund him through some strange process. They never did and booking did not resolve. He had to go through his credit card.

Ideally situated within meters of the Atlantic, we enjoyed spectacular sunsets from our private balcony. Despite the proximity to the sea wall pedestrian walk, the room was very quiet - a tribute to the discreet Malouins. The room was small, but made excellent use of the space. Excellent staff.

The breakfast on offer was minimalist for the money, but there aren’t many alternatives within walking distance of the hotel.

The location is great and the room size is good. Very clean and the terrace is a good size with great view.

They hoover late at night outside the room and its quite loud. They need to be clearer whether breakfast was included. I was sure it was included with my genius level and they told me breakfast was included, however we were charged for it extra when we left.

The room with a terrace with seaview, although the chairs were not made to sit in for long…Very friendly staff, good location.

The room did not have a safe for valuables, ipads etc. A soap dish in the shower would be handy. And the internet was at times very slow. Also, be prepared to log in again and again a few times a day.

Right on the beach!!! A nice boutique hotel with access to beach - our room had a terrace which was great and the sunsets were amazing. Parking in a garage 200m away was easy and secure. Staff were very helpful and provided us with kettle and tea making items on request - no fridge in the room - older style but very clean

If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll love the breakfasts here, as there’s a wide selection of cakes and pastries. However, if you prefer a savory diet, you might want to choose another place.

We got a room with a sea view and it was great. The personnel at the front desk were very attentive. The restaurant was very nice, we had dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed them both. We were able to park for free on the street, right in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel in St Malo right on the sea front. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very varied - the kids enjoyed trying lots of different things - and served in a beautiful setting. Family room was perfect for our needs with the kids' beds being slightly separated from the main bedroom by a small staircase.

Slightly inconvenient that there was no sink in the toilet in the family room (had to go downstairs to the main bathroom, which was next to the kids' sleeping area).

Exceptional ocean facing central location. We had ocean facing room with killer views. The bathroom even had a port window (so cute). Imagine sleeping to the sound of ocean waves. Hotel location is convenient to restaurants and Saint-Malo Intra-Muros (walled fortress with shops, cafes, and views). The reception staff were wonderful. We lucked out and found street parking right in front of the hotel. The hotel is located right on Sillon beach. The Tea Room/Restaurant has great view of ocean. Have Happy Hour or Tea break. We had excellent dinner at nearby Moroccan Restaurant called LE Talamara which was few minutes away from the hotel. The receptionist at night time check in was very nice and helpful. We arrived late around 10 pm - he arranged for dinner even the restaurant was already stopped taking orders for the night.

The staff at breakfast time could be bit more welcoming (even if busy). Even for buffet, one does expect the wait staff to come around and explain where tea and coffee is.
