Our stay at Grand Hôtel Des Thermes was a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a seamless experience. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking ocean views—waking up to the sound of the waves was truly special. The spa and thalassotherapy facilities were exceptional, with seawater pools, a hammam, and rejuvenating treatments that made for a deeply relaxing escape. Dining at the hotel was another highlight, offering fresh, locally sourced cuisine with exquisite seafood dishes and excellent wine pairings. The service throughout our stay was impeccable—attentive yet discreet. The hotel’s beachfront location made it perfect for peaceful walks and exploring the surrounding area. If you’re looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating getaway, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Nice food good service. We especially liked the piano bar with music except Sunday

Room although clean and spacious was a little tired. The "Aquatonic" pool facilities we found out on check out cost 30Euros per visit (60Euros per couple) which was never mentioned on check in or entrance to the pool area which made me very cross.

Charming luxurious hotel with great location 20 min walk along the beach to the walled part of St. Malo. Beach right outside the hotel. Bakery and food store a few minutes walk from the hotel. Large rooms, very friendly employees. Room was cleaned several times each day. Garage for cars.

Breakfast was expensive and quite ordinary.

The property was stunning. Beautiful view. Beautiful building. Fabulous spa. The best part however was the staff. The service in the restaurant was excellent. And the front desk staff were legends. There were no taxis available so they drove us themselves to make our ferry. Completely went above and beyond! Loved the experience and will be back

Only breakfast had limited offer of fresh fruits and fresh baked croissnt etc.

Very friendly staff. Free upgrade of the room for our daughter so she could stay close to our room. Nice restaurant with flexible service even late at night and in using the menu formula. Nice Spa. Valet service for the car.

Aquatonic (part of the swimming pool complex) is not complementary, what you would expect.

Grand setting on the water! We loved the waterfront views from our room. We stayed in our room and enjoyed room service for diner, enjoying the views! Great to walk along waterfront. Easy access to center, but set away in quiet location. We drove to St. Mont Micheal one morning and returned.

Wish pool was more enjoyable. Improve service & amenities.

Perfect location - on the one hand, very close to the center of Saint-Malo (25 minutes calm walk), on the other hand, a bit away from noisy crowds, which is good. Right in front of sea shore. Direct access to perfect beach. There is very good SPA inside the hotel.

The room was large, well furnished and was in a fab location overlooking the beach.

The TV had around 40 channels but only BBC News in English and no English radio channels. The outdoor pool was salt water. I though the hotel rates were very very overpriced.

Room was very comfortable.

Breakfast. It was difficult to get a breakfast that was not the full breakfast which I did not want. I wanted only muesli, yoghurt, fruit, milk and a green tea. Virtually impossible unless I took the full 29euro breakfast on offer.
