Was clean and tidy, modern decor etc. Location was great for the train station. Is on the higher side price wise, but you do get what you pay for. Breakfast available at €17 per person, but it is a buffet so you can certainly get your monies worth, with cooked options, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit, cakes and hot and cold drinks.

Waited a while to check in, circa 20 minutes. However, will put this down to being unlucky. There were two staff on the desk and it just happened that both groups in front of us had a number of queries/issues. Once we were seen to it took 2 minutes.

Modern. Clean. Efficient. Nice room and bed. Easy to get to the ferry. Secure parking (but limited spaces so book early).

Would have loved to have had a bath but that's increasingly rare in France. Decent shower though. Got trapped in the underground car park on leaving when the door sensor failed and thought we would miss the ferry. All sorted in the end.

Does in general not meet my expectations on a 4 star hotel, walking way to intra muros is rather unattractive (unless you you take the detour along the seaside promenade), had the impression of a certain smell in the room, no shower (only tub)

Excellent location few steps fr Gare du St Malo and a nice slow walk away to old town n ramparts in under 30mins. For those going to mont st michel for day trip, the Keolis bus picks up fr the bus stop at Gare du St Malo.

Wld be nice to hv a kettle in room purely for convenience altho it was gd water fountain was provided in the lobby

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. It is opposite thè train station and about a fifteen minute walk from the old city. There are several good restaurants nearby and buses which go to the port. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and kind.. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

The room was quiet, clean, spacious enough for the two of us and as expected. Beds were comfortable. Great location for the train.

Unfortunately, the pillows were very flat. The room was exceptionally warm and the air conditioning system did not seem to work.

The room is spacious and clean. Very close to the train station, though it needs some time to walk to the beach. The staff at the reception is Super helper. Our train back to Paris was cancelled due to the riot. They helped a lot to get the alternative transporation back to Paris.

Great location, plenty of on street and off street public parking immediately outside the Hotel. Good breakfast with great range of different foods to suit all our tastes. We had a corner room with 90 degree windows which let a lot of light in and gave us a good view of the surrounding area.

Despite inputting child ages into the booking.com when booking, this hadn't been shared with hotel and therefore there were unexpected costs for an extra breakfast. At €35 euro this was insanely over priced for a child's breakfast.

Perfect location so close to the train station and very quiet. Clean- roomy, comfortable and modern. Great selection for hot and cold breakfast. Ladies working reception very friendly and helpful.

No milk/ creamers for coffee in room? Really the worst I can say.
