The hotel is perfect because is very close walking to the ferry port terminal and also to the old town! The breakfast is very good and the personnel is fantastic! They have a secure underground car parking with cheap daily price!

Location was excellent for what we were looking for; to explore St Malo for a few days at the end of our holiday. We were able to leave the car in secure parking and go everywhere on foot. Pleasant room, very quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast and the availability of snacks were an added bonus.

Because we stayed for two nights, we were just able to fully charge our electric vehicle using a granny charger operating at 1.3kWh. If the hotel intends to attract more ev users, they should consider installing 22kWh chargers. Their charging fee of €15 is quite steep for France.

Clean, comfortable , ideal situation for the port , as we were getting ferry next day.

Parking. Assumed there was sufficient parking for all rooms, but told on arrival the car park was full. Drove round and round the block looking for parking space. Eventually found one about 200 metres away on the main road. Not ideal. When we looked out of our bedroom window, we looked right onto s secure private car park with spaces. After asking at reception, we’re told it belonged to another hotel, but offered to ring to ask if they had spaces. They did, agreed, and we actually parked outside our bedroom window in a secure park. I just thought it may have been useful for the staff to offer this option, when they knew we weren’t happy with the situation, and the other hotel I believe was a sister hotel anyway.

We use this modern hotel regularly when travelling from our home in Jersey to and from St Malo. As it has secure parking and is only 350M from the ferry terminal it is perfect for an overnight stay when arriving on the ferry late evening, or leaving early morning. It is about a 15 minute walk from the walls of St Malo. However, it is in the smaller town of St Servan which also has several bars and restaurants.

Although the hotel is almost brand new, and ideal for brief stays, I would not recommend it for a longer visit. Although the facilities are perfectly functional, the rooms are (intentionally) quite bare and basic looking. Parking can only be reserved 2 days before arrival.

The hotel was excellent and offered free underground parking. The free breakfast was very good and we were able to make tea and coffee downstairs in the breakfast area at any time. The hotel is only a 15-20 minute walk from old St Malo which meant we didn’t have to worry about parking and driving in the congested old town. The hotel is also close to the Hotel de Ville as well as other lovely beach neighborhoods and we enjoyed exploring those areas almost as much as old St Malo. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was all good 👍

Staff , on 15 of September after one week of stay there - I came to report the claim to my company but I find that my invoice lost I was looking everywhere for the invoice because the company will ask me to report it. I couldn't find it, so I decided to contact hotel. At first, I thought, 'They probably won't respond, just like my experience with another hotel.' But within two minutes, I received the invoice! Unbelievable." And also during stay they are very helpful to guide and assist

Room was excellent and breakfast more than adequate. Parking in front of hotel was a question of luck as I was in a van and there was only room for three or four vehicles. The bar/dining area was fine and it was good that they had a small menu so you didn't need to leave the hotel unless you wanted a full meal which was OK if you didn't mind travelling into the town as most local places were closed on Sundays.

The location for the centre of St Malo and the proximity to the car ferry to the UK. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the room / bed were comfortable. The secure underground car parking.

One small complaint is that it was not possible to secure the bedroom window in an open or part open position. The window either had to be completely closed or left flapping about in the wind. Given that the hotel has no air conditioning it should have been possible to go to bed with the window open a small amount and secured etc. Don’t really understand why the hotel doesn’t sort that aspect out.

Breakfast included. Able to book secure parking. Tea and Coffee available in reception area. Walking distance of old town St Malo.

No air con, although knew this at time of booking. A fan was provided. We were on the top floor and ceilings were sloped. This meant that whilst the room was a reasonable size, you could not make use of about a third of the room which meant it felt cramped. Acceptable for a one night stop over.

we booked this for the night before a morning ferry back to the UK. It's clean and comforbable with secure parking so was perfect. The staff were really helpful and helped point us to a restaurant on sunday evening. Also enjoyed the egg boiler at breakfast! And there was a water bottle refil point at reception which was great.

rooms on level 1 were ground floor and there was no way to open the window on a latch so we had to close them at night and without aircon that was a bit hot. would be good if you could open the window a little for air but that it coudln't be openned wider from outside.
