It's a nice motel with free parking and very close to the port of St. Malo for the ferry to Jersey, Channel Islands. The manager who checked us in gave us the best service anywhere. My cell phone wouldn't connect to the internet when I arrived. There were issues with the French cell company that day. The manager (I believe his name is Reda) took the time to fix the problem and got it to connect. He was so kind and would not give up until it was fixed! When I travel to the Normany region, I will only stay at this property as a result of his amazing service.

The property is similar to 2 star motels in the US, and the price was high, but in August, everyone's on holiday, so I was thrilled to even find a room available. I do recommend that new carpet be installed. It's pretty outdated. Everything else was great.

Easy Access from autoroute, proximity to restaurants/fuel, parking and ferry port, very clean, tea making, bathroom, large bed, free WiFi, good breakfast, easy checkin/out, quiet, sockets both sides of bed, good shower, large TV, extra pillows available, air con worked reasonably.

Early end to dinner service, so we missed it (20:30), no coffee sachets or milk portions in room and paper cups, no spoons or stirrers. Car park unguarded, no lift to upper floors (request ground floor or you will be dragging your luggage up two flights of stairs), no handles in shower and very slippery bathroom floor, room size small, struggled to get round bed on one side, expensive but it's the time of year.

The lady on booking me in on Monday the 15 July was not at all helpful and did not attempt to speak a little English in fact was rude I have stayed many time here and it’s the. First time I have had this kind of treatment and unfortunately my friends who came with us also received the same treatment.

The lady greeting us was not helpful the staff that were on in the morning of the 16 th July were very different. My son his wife and two children are staying for one night on the 21st July I just hope he will be treated better.

The staff although not many, especially the receptionist were very helpful and very pleasant. The room, although a little small was very clean.

Would have liked another pillow. Shame that the restaurant is not up and running. They served only pizzas and food in jars. Considering there are so few restaurants in the area I believe it could do very well

Breakfast - excellent quality Location, once we discovered St Jouan village, church and the banks of the Rance. There is a really nice route for cycling back to St Malo, down to the village then across west and up to St Servans...

journey there following Google maps on bikes! (nothing to do with the hotel)

Great breakfast. Comfortable and clean room. Th location is ver convenient for the daytime ferry back to the UK. There is reasonable value food at the local Cora supermarket. There is also EV charging at the same supermarket.

I still hope for EV charging at hotels. Slow chargers aren't expensive to install and it would be ideal to plug in on arrival and leave it overnight.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were heading to the port in the morning, so its location was ideal. We would stay again

We never used the restaurant as we didn't have a great experience at their hotel in Bordeaux. Identical menu. It's really poor quality and extremely overpriced.

We booked a superior room...it was a super king bed in just an ordinary room...comfortable bed though.....

The large bed made it impossible to get out by the wall and turning the lights on and off difficult...and it didn't leave any room for the bedside table.

Easy to find as out of town but close enough to make access to the port simple and quick. Comfortable, well decorated room. Good shower. Free parking.

The older lady on reception/ in the restaurant was not very friendly or helpful-younger ladies were. The menu in the restaurant was very limited ie there was no meat dish. What has happened to the excellent salad buffets that Campaniles used to have?

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Facilities were very good, with TV and kettle etc. Towels were changed and room tidied every day. Very good location for St Malo and ferry port etc. Very good value for money and all staff were extremely pleasant.

No complaints at all.
