Very comfortable, huge bed. Though small, the bathroom was very clean and well appointed with all essentials. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Ideal location within easy reach of ferry port.

As there was no restaurant on site, we struggled to find a suitable place to eat dinner. The Buffalo Grill above the hotel has no air conditioning and though we did visit it with a view to eat there, we soon left as it was unbearably hot inside! tThe food outlets in the Carrfore shopping centre opposite, all stopped cooked food at 1730 so we were unable to find a place to eat close to the hotel.

Family of 3 Adults. Interconnecting family room, perfect so that we could have family time during the day and then watch our own tv or you tube without annoying each other. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Could not be faulted. Great location for easy access to shopping and sightseeing by car. Like the secure parking. We did not have breakfast as used the bakery around the corner which we had seen last time we visited. Very surprised that we did not hear any traffic noise even though close to a road.

No plug socket near where kettle was positioned so had. Needed a hand towel in each room as well as bath towels. A little cold at times in the room.

Good location, nice well equipped rooms, value for money.

Whilst Ibis seem to provide a good standard of accommodation ,I did not like that we could not control the heating in our room. We were cold and the panel for the heating was locked. I asked for it to be unlocked and was shouted at by a particularly obnoxious receptionist, who refuted this but did not come to check, there was a padlock symbol displayed on the panel and adjustment of temperature was not possible. I was told that for any adjustment in temperature I would have to ring reception. I shan't be staying in an Ibis hotel again. The staff the following day at breakfast were very nice.

This is an economy hotel but couldn’t fault it - very good value Pleasant and efficient welcome Free parking in a secure car park Good sized, clean room Good buffet breakfast It’s on the outskirts of St Malo near a retail park - we wanted to be near the dual carriageway for a journey south the next day, so location great for us but not if you want to be in the centre or within walking distance of St Malo. Check the map! Will stay again when doing the same journey

The room was very comfortable and very clean. We found the location using our Satnav. I don't think we would have found it without the Satnav. It would be helpful to know that you are tucked away behind other buildings.

We were disappointed that there was only a kettle but no tea/coffee or milk in the room. Seemed pointless to have a kettle. We often stay at Campaniles and they always give these in the rooms.

Was very accessible from leaving our travelling Route. We were given a ground floor room with a Terrace/ garden space to facilitate our dog. Staff gave us all a lovely welcome. Comfortable bed and adequate bathroom space. Perfect for overnight stay for the Jersey ferry.

Altthough we had a coffee machine to heat water - some tea selection sachets with milk would be welcome.

The proximity to the port is great; we reached our ferry with no problems. The room was comfortable, with a good shower. Breakfast was good value for money, with options for gluten free and dairy free (we had both in our party).

It's tucked away at the back of a retail park - so not beautiful! And it is quite pricey for a fairly straightforward hotel.

It’s a simple hotel in a good location which is perfect for a stay-over before travelling onwards into France. Parking is also adequate.

It would be better if the vehicle gate was manually controlled/monitored rather than automatic - anyone can drive in or out.

Check-in was easy and very welcoming Staff were all very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was great for our needs as was the location, which had plenty of parking. There was plenty of variety of tasty options, for reakfast, Check-out was very easy Altogether a really nice place to stay.

Nothing it was good from the moment we arrived to when we left.

Good location tucked away from traffic noise and close to La Madeleine shopping.Parking right outside .The room was comfortable and the bed large and comfortable. Bathroom good sized shower.

No restaurant but snacks that were served in glass jar ! Edible but strange. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on how that was served.
