The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful on our arrival. She gave us a lot of information and was able to communicate in English quite well. She was on duty the following morning when we decided to have breakfast and was working exceptionally hard ensuring that all the choices on offer were replenished as necessary as well as clearing tables , washing up and monitoring the enquiries at reception. I was very impressed with the conciseness of the staff, but especially this more senior staff member.

Check in in was very easy , this was dealt with very well by the staff. The space in the room was very good and the room was clean. the breakfast was ok, the croisant didn't appear to be fresh baked, maybe because it was a Sunday, the rest of the breakfast was as expected.

For some reason the gate did not close at night, we would have felt more reassured that our vehicle was safe if this was working.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. We were on the ferry and received phone call from the owner giving us details as to how to access the hotel and the rooms as the reception would be closed when we arrived after 9.30pm. We appreciated this as we did not have wifi and would not have been able to read an email. The location is excellent as the ferry arrived at 9pm

Very basic but clean and comfortable .Have stayed here before and we're happy to return. Pleasant helpful staff. Good value self service breakfast.

Shower curtain didn't work well, when shower is on, water spills over the edge of the shower tray. Bath mat had to be used to mop up. Hotel is quite a long way from the ferry port, around 15 minutes drive. Uhh

Stayed here one night as close to St Malo ferry terminal (15 minute drive). Very basic hotel but clean and room had air con. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Secure gated parking.

Coffee making facilities would be very welcomed but seems this is a French thing as most UK hotels provide them.

I confess that we were not expecting a lot, but we were really surprised at the provision here. Yes, it is not luxury, but car paring is ample and secure, reception staff was excellent, the room was great. Breakfast was absolutely OK. Look, simply we would be perfectly happy to go back!

There is nothing here that, considering the price, fell short of expectations.

The room is clean and the staff are kind. The bed is comfortable.

The room is minimalist. But I guess with affordable price, it is considered ok. It is not a hotel for vacation, but if you take a long trip and wanna rest in the middle of the route, the hotel is ok.

Exceptional quality of staff, friendly and efficient, contributed to my stay. What a difference it makes! Large room, good bed, desk with lighting. Bathroom small but functional. Excellent breakfast, secure parking, animals welcome. Really enjoyed staying here.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our requirements and it having it's own carpark was a bonus. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good value for money.

No kettle or fridge in the room.

It is located extremely convenient for the ferry port. It has a large secure car park. The hotel is very accessible. We were given a very warm and friendly greeting and everything was fully explained to us. our room was a reasonable size and very clean. The bathroom is small, but adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was good, with a variety of foods to choose from. The hotel’s security is very good. Which was especially reassuring as we had to leave cycles outside.

The layout for breakfast foods needs improvement as everything is in a straight line. The hot breakfast was only just warm and inedible. We were the first to arrive for breakfast and it was early. However, you would expect this to be checked.
