All of the staff we met were very friendly, spoke very good English and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and had air conditioning, which was a huge relief as it was pretty warm on the days we stayed there. We were also able to park our motorcycle out of sight in the secure courtyard of the hotel. There wasn't a kettle in the room, but on the landing outside our room, there was a water dispenser, cups and kettles available to guests. The hotel is in a great location, just a very short walk to Dinan centre where there is some magnificent architecture and a huge choice of places to eat. I would happily stay here again.

The room was comfortable with air conditioning, and the staff were very helpful. Quite close to the city center (8 minute walk), and across the street from the station. Great choice if you are visiting the charming and colorful old city and port of Dinan

Be aware if you book a breakfast it will not include typical continental breakfast fare, such as meats, cheeses or eggs. these are extra and incur an additional charge. This was quite a surprise to my wife and I, as in all our years of traveling in Europe we have never encountered this before, and were not informed of this when we booked. A great shame and an embarrassment having to ask for, and be charged for, a simple egg!! Include these standard options in the breakfast price please.

Staff: Super helpful and welcoming! Both the gentleman checking us in and the lady checking us out spoke good English. Happy to help with dinner recommendations and how to get to certain sights. Room: We were assigned an accessible room on the ground floor. This was extremely spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Location: A 10 min easy walk to the centre of the medieval city. Dinan is very walkable, but has some steep streets leading down to the port. Car parking: There is no private car park for cars, but free public parking is available a short walk away by the station.

Lovely hotel 10 minutes walk into historic picturesque town centre, a hotel we stayed in last year. Quiet location. Parked easily overnight outside in the square for the railway station. Warm welcoming reception from the owner. Good value. Comfortable clean and quiet room. Water available in the corridor outside the room, and I noticed a small kettle. Stayed one night again as last year but there's much in Dinan, so will stay two nights next time.

The host Vincent was wonderful. He and his staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. A great selection of continental breakfast was available, all very fresh and delicious. The hotel was perfect; very clean, modern and contemporary. The bed was so comfortable and I slept so well, just like I was at home because it was so peaceful and relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel because everything was perfect! 10/10 Vincent!

Exceptionally welcoming hotel. Really friendly, helpful reception offering great tips for places to visit and eat. This is a lovely small hotel in a great location for visiting Dinan. There is parking right outside and it is directly opposite the rail station. Spotlessly clean and bright. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Very friendly staff. Nice clean room. Quiet location near to the historical city center. We got parking place for our bike inside the courtyard. Good breakfast Good starting point for visiting different tourist attractions like Cancale, San Malo or Mont Sant Michel. Dinan itself is very charming town with a small port on the river.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. LOVELY, LIGHT ROOM WITH TALL WINDOWS OVERLOOKING THE SQUARE. VERY COMFY BED, LARGE ROOM. HUGE, MODERN SHOWER. DECORATED IN SIMPLE GREYS AND WHITES. SIMPLE FURNITURE, VERY IKEA. I LOVED IT. BREAKFAST DELICIOUS. FRESH COISSANTS, BREADS, JAMS ETC. DINING ROOM WELL SET OUT. PRETTY COURTYARD AREA ALSO FOR BREAKFAST BUT WE NEVER GOT TO USE THIS AS RAINING! EXCEPTIONAL, SMALL TEAM OF STAFF. POLITE AND VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS AROUND TO HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

From the moment you enter you get a great welcome. Check in is smooth and effortless. The room was spotlessly clean and warm. Not sure why this hotel is only rated 2 star, because it’s defiantly more like a 4 star. Great price too. Location is great and a short 5 minute walk gets you to the busy area of Dinan. Breakfast was great and well priced.

Lovely small hotel that has been recently renovated to a high standard. Located in a nice quiet area opposite the train station. Helpful owner who spoke very good English. They have a secure courtyard if you are travelling by bikes (as we were). Just a 12-15 min walk into central Dinan. Recommended!
