Location, parking, and fabulous restaurant! Would go back again for the restaurant alone. Despite few niggles wouldn't put me off returning.

We couldn't get wi fi in our room despite the lovely receptionist showing me what to do, but just didn't work in our room. Filling the bath was like trying to fill the hoover dam with a hosepipe, so I had to make do with a shower instead.

The staff were extremely helpful The restaurant was really very god Great food wonderful views and good service It made our holiday very memorable Parking was directly outside the hotel and just across from the beach

I booked the hotel based purely in its location. Wanted to stay along that coast but felt that Granville, while a lovely town would be busy and crowded. From the moment we arrived at Le Relais des Îles it was superb. All the staff from reception to waiters &waitresses and bar were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the restaurant located in the top floor gave a delightful view over the sea and there was a spectacular sunset on our first night as we enjoyed an excellent dinner. On a personal level, I have serious mobility issues, I indicated this when booking and subsequently contacted the hotel where lovely lady to whom I spoke assured me our room would be just beside the lift, and it was. We were given a large disabled room which was perfect. To those of us who have a romantic view of old-fashioned French 🇨🇵 seaside holidays, this was perfect. I've been a fan of Jaques Tati all my life, this location was so Tatiesque that I almost expected to see the great man whiz round the corner on his bike at any moment puffing on his pipe and his hat perched on the back if his head. I can honestly say that our stay could not having been better. My two pals share this view. I look forward to returning at the first opportunity.

The location close to the beach. Also breakfast was great, not to mention the view onto the open sea while eating. We are definitely coming again.

The room was a bit small, but if you spend most of the day outside that doesn't matter. We were on the ground flour so we had a view of the parking with a beautiful skyline... But the beach is just breathtaking.

Location, decor of hotel, cleanliness and most of all , the friendly efficiency of the staff. Kettle in room , plus lots of uk channels on Tv , which we appreciated due to bad weather. Thank you all.

Paper cups were not good for coffee in the room..but we asked at breakfast if we could borrow 2 cups. Not a problem. Rooms a bit small, but can't do much about that!

Very pleasant welcome, superb location and very good food. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable. Stunning views from the dining room and bar. Room also very good clean and had everything we needed After staying in some nice hotels during our stay the standard of food, however, was poor. This hotel restored our faith in French cuisine and hospitality..

Comfortable and clean. As it was out of season / end of season and a handful of guests they had upgraded our room to a complimentary sea facing room Kettle with tea & coffee in room The hotel breakfast was brilliant. Great buffet of all sorts. I cannot faulter in anyway and is not the typical continental. Easy parking, but then it was out of season! Virtually on the beachfront. Just parking area between hôtel and beach Staff, both day and next morning staff were very polite and great, with a smile

The restaurant for midday and evening meals are already all closed down for the season. Then their suggested down the road +- 400m only one restaurant was open. Not that great a menu either and food rather bland

Great hotel in a beautiful location. The room is simple but has everything you need. Very clean. No smells, no noise. Free parking right in front of the entrance. Excellent restaurant. And wonderful, friendly staff. Highest recommendations.

Watched the sun go down over the sea from the restaurant while eat some of the best sea food I ever had. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very relaxed and happy environment. I like adventure so rarely visit the same place twice but I would return here.

Breakfast was fine and I have no complaints but could have had a little more choice.

Maybe a lack of spaces to hang towels or clothes to dry after a nice day at the beach
