Super friendly staff and very comfortable accommodation with delicious dinner and breakfast

I didn't like the breakfast buffet and their coffees.

Bathroom was a bit small.

I stayed at PoMo as my son had a ski accident and was in the hospital sud which is opposite the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful to me during my stay and helped me organise things for my son, helped me around Grenoble etc. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice - they supplied me with gluten free bread which was great. All in all the hotel was perfect for my stay at such a stressful time alleviating a lot of my worries. Thank you.

My room was mainly very clean and nicely decorated, however the floor was really dirty in both the room and the bathroom. The receptionist did help rectify this.

very friendly staff, beautiful pool where you can relax, swim and drink a cocktail in the Bar/restaruant. Big parking free, good breakfast, confortable beds and pillow, free water refill in the hall (very important in summer time)

generally the hotel is ok but, for the best confort of guests, I woud suggest to invest some money in new tv in the rooms , they are old, little and absolutely not smart. Also the gym could be much better (actually the "gym" is just a little room with one cyclette and one runner)

Good food in restaurant, easy access from motorway

We arrived on 2 motorcycles, having been offered secure under cover parking. It was secure but not under cover. However, we were then told that the area is high risk for motorcycle theft. The secure motorcycle parking area is only large enough for around 5 bikes, but on our first night, they allowed in 11 Harleys, which meant we could not get out in the morning until others had removed their bikes. Friends in nearby hotels were told the same about motorcycle theft.

The room was quiet and well equipped. I had a tea making facility! Check in and out were easy.

Kids shall be allowed to spent times with their parents at the spa/hamman facilities... It is a shame!! maybe a limit for age (10 y) is goofd idea
