For me, the main attraction of Appartea Alpexpo was the 24-hours' check-in, as I was arriving in Grenoble at 2am. On arrival, I found the staff friendly and the apartment itself was clean. There is a lift to access upper floors (my apartment was on the 7th) and an option of buffet breakfast (at a reasonable additional cost). It is served by public transport for those arriving at a more reasonable time, with a tram stop nearby.

The location isn't very central and I had an hours' walk from the bus station; the small kitchenette is not fully equipped. Although 24 hours' check-in is available, I had to rouse someone to gain access to the building. There didn't seem to be much in the way of amenities within the immediate vicinity, although I have to admit not checking thoroughly at 3am!

Clean, well equipped kitchen, staff, the closet, the desk and the dining table.. The studio had everything I needed for 2 days. There were no sound issue even though it is close to the main road. The proximity of Grand Place tram station is a plus (with surprisingly regular schedule).

It is 15 min tram ride from the center, so one needs to plan accordingly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided good advice on local restaurants and they assisted us in brewing a very good cup of coffee in the morning.

Too far from the centre. All shops nearby, including Primark, had security guards checking receipts

receptionists were very helpful. Accommodation is in a great location for the 'Expo' centre

It was nice and clean. Everything met our expectations.
