Lovely period property in idyllic location with huge bedrooms and comfortable accomodation. Charming owner and partner who helped with our baggage.

Third floor bedrooms accessed only by long winding stairs that we as 76 year olds found very difficult to manage especially with luggage. Had this not been an issue we would have liked to take a dip in the inviting looking swimming pool as the weather was warm but the prospect of having to climb up the stairs again afterwards was off putting. The breakfast was adequate with good breads and cheeses but we expected more such as fresh eggs from the chickens outside etc. Our experiences of many prior French B&B breakfasts puts this one at the lower end of the scale for quality and variety and value for money.

Restored by the family that owns it and obviously loved by them, this is a genuine chateaux with bags of character. Expect a chateaux experience 'French family' style. The rooms are large, the beds are comfy. There is even a games room with a pool table and a lovely outdoor pool. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. There are two lovely restaurants five or so minutes' drive away and ample parking. The owners could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. Excellent!

The Chàteau is absolutely breathtaking. Just want I wanted from a stay in the French country side. The host was so attentive and friendly. The location was perfect and the recommendation for dinner in the being was fantastic.

The wasn’t really anything negative. Breakfast was a little on the basic side but still super tasty.

Atmosphere. Services. Location. View. Decoration. A very good mix. Also the swimming pool is very well designed.

Wi-Fi not high speed but still ok

A wonderful and very friendly reception on arrival. We travelled on our motorbike and the owners were so accommodating to our parking. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place to stay, pool was a very welcome addition to relax. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Highly recommend and will definitely go back, wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything. Bridgerton feels. Loved the location which is outside the city. It was quite peaceful. Enough place for the kids to play. Highlight for my daughter were the horses.

More options for breakfast. Maybe just used to German breakfast with cold cuts and eggs. Otherwise still delicious!

It was a relaxed stay at a wunderful location. We enjoyed our biketour, the room and swimming pool.
